HISTORY
Glastron has a rich legacy of design, from the runabouts of the 60’s
and 70’s to the Carlson Series, these boats were known for their style,
performance, and attention to detail. Just as Randy Vance, editor of
Boating Life stated “Glastrons were the Ferrari of boats. If you were
driving one of these you had everyone’s attention.” To honor Glastron’s
history a new generation of models have been designed. These new
Glastrons are not just a boat, it’s a tribute to 55 years of exceptional boat
building.
GTR 160 & GT 160
GT 160
The new GT 160 is a provocative, modern design that uses cues from
the original GT of the late 1960’s. This 16-footer is designed to command
the waterways with eye-popping graphics and design lines that appeal
to a broad audience of boaters. The influence of past Glastron models
is apparent in every detail from the exterior lines to the windshield and
retro pull switches.

Previous to the GT 205, the GT 200 was introduced in three versions. The
standard boat, a GTS, sport package, and a Ski and Fish model. They
were all received with positive feedback.

GT 205
Following the success of the GT 200, the GT 205 is next in line. This boat,
the stern drive version, has similar features to the GT 200 including the
cockpit layout, components, and style. Along with that it also features a
full size sun pad with starboard walk-thru.
LAYOUT
Large cockpit space and new design features sets the GT 205 apart
from the competitors. A transom walk-thru with sliding cushion that can
be pushed back and stored out of the way means cushions won’t be
stepped on. On the port side the bench seat slides out and a flip down
leg creates a lounge. Storage on the hull sides, under the bow and aft
seats, a large ski locker, and lockable glove box makes this boat very
practical for a family to spend the day on the water.
CAPTAIN’S SEATS
Large bucket seats on the port and starboard side provide comfort and
lateral support. These seats are fully adjustable and upholstered with a
racing stripe down the center. A fip-up bolster is available as an option.
GAUGES
Retro styling and automotive inspiration is evident down to the smallest
details. These gauges are exclusively designed for Glastron and have
many small details such as a raised mask, giving them a thee dimensional
look, chrome accents, and technical font.
WINDSHIELD
This windshield, another exclusive design to Glastron, is inspired by
roadster type cars. It features curved glass with a center walk-thru and
standard side wings, which can be removed for a sporty look.
DETAILS
The racing stripe style of the GT 160 has been brought into the interior
and use throughout the upholstery from the colorful bow cushions to the
sun pad. A storage pocket for both the driver and passenger holds small
items such as wallets, keys and sunglasses.
DASH
The dash is similar to the GT 160 with manual pull switches that are
reminiscent of an older generation, large aluminum over sized tubes for
a technical look, oversized center gauges and two smaller ones with the
same style on the starboard side.

A brand new design, the GTS model has eye catching graphics and
many upgrades that makes this boat stand out from the rest. A two
tone gel scheme offered in black or red with dynamic stripes and an
overlapping signature Glastron spear gives a unique look to the exterior
style. The optional tower is an exclusive design to Glastron and enhances
the look of this boat with it’s sporty lines and black color.
GTS INTERIOR
The custom interior of the GTS comes standard with two-toned red and
black vinyl, an upgraded steering wheel, and an optional embroidered
carpet to complete the look.
GT 200 SF Concept Rendering
SKI & FISH
The ski & fish is full of features you would expect to see on a fishing
boat as well as a few new ones. This model is designed to improve the
functionality and style of a typical fishing boat though new features
and graphics. Inspired by the professionals such as our sister company
Ranger, the unique hull side graphics are eye catching and represent the
activities the boat will be used for. The two styles of fishing seats offered
are designed to be multipurpose and easily storable. A casting “bike”
style seat and a folding bucket seat can be interchanged between the
bow and stern casting platform or stored away completely.
SKI & FISH INTERIOR
The ski & fish custom interior is designed for riding and fishing. The bow
converts from seats to a casting platform with a pedestal mount in the
center. Another pedestal mount is located on the stern casting platform,
above the engine. A livewell under the rear bench seat, rod holders, rod
storage in the floor and on the hull sides and an optional trolling motor
and fish finder completes the package with all the necessary fishing
equipment.
