DELTRAK 2.0
The history of IRUS
1865
J. Rilling founded a manufacturing company of mills in Dusslingen.
Flour mills and large coffee grinders are sold all over the world.
1928
The world's first bar mower type HM is being developed by IRUS and
received a patent in the same year.
IRUS began with the engine equipment manufacturing.
1953
HM
IRUS led the single-axle U 600 in the agricultural industry;
in subsequent years, the types U 300, U 900 and U 1200 with
ZF transmissions are built for universal use.
1968
Micky
The most successful of IRUS mowers is the famous "MICKY".
With this machine IRUS succeeds in developing a hitherto unknown
small and lightweight mower.
That same year producing 10,000 units of the Micky at Dusslingen.
1985
IRUS passes into new ownership.
The product line is adapted to the current needs of customers
1986
IRUS is presenting a world first - a sickle bar mower with a differential
lock, steering brakes and low-pressure tires “Terra” - the KM 300.
KM 300
2003
Start of production of a new generation of hydrostatic tool carriers.
The HYTRAK marks a new era. On the exhibition “Demopark” in Fulda
IRUS presented the KOMTRAK 25, the first radio-controlled machine and
awarded a medal for innovation.
2004
With the KOMTRAK IRUS presents the strongest single axle tractor in the
world .

The radio-controlled carrier DELTRAK 2.0 is the clear leader when it comes to
mowing inaccessible steep terrain, soft terrain and areas that present operational
hazards to bystanders or highway traffic.
The DELTRAK 2.0 is a commercial product that is designed with safety and
precision. Pure German technology from a company that has a deep, 83 year
engineering background.
The traction unit has a multitude of attachments that ensures maximum utilization
after the purchase.

IRUS DELTRAK 2.0
Deltrak 2.0 can be heli lifted into inaccessible country for fuel reduction
necessary for safe back-burning and for reduction of fuel in bushfire prone
areas.
The DELTRAK 2.0 allows many benefits over other obsolete and
unsafe methods of sloping terrain maintenance.

DELTRAK 2.0 reduces maintenance

to hand held products such as
brush-cutters and walk behind
machines.
At 71 hp per inch of cut, the
machine has huge power reserves to
cover large areas of terrain that
would stall all other modes of
cutting. Sticks, branches, shrubs
and long grass are all mulched
safely by DELTRAK 2.0.
Ground coverage can exceed 10,000
square meters per hour on even and
unobstructed grounds.

Maximum Security:
The operator is located outside the
danger zone. Flail mower is safe when
thrown objects are considered. All
objects are processed into the ground
behind the mower. Lower thrown
object risk.

Maintaining the health of the
Operator:
No mountaineering, no slipping, no
hanging on branches, thorns and
scrub, no vibration on hands, no
exhaust fumes in the immediate
vicinity, no stress of joints. In tropical
areas, venomous hazards are not an
issue.

IRUS DELTRAK 2.0
Radio control:
The most important part of DELTRAK 2.0 is the
radio control system. Equipped with two large
joysticks for easy driving and steering, as well as
various additional switches to control other
machine functions. 18 controls in total.
Full hydraulic drive
(no belts, chains, clutches):
The full hydraulic drive of DELTRAK 2.0 consists of
3 high quality axial piston pumps. 1 gear pump.
The DELTRAK has 2 very large oil coolers to
increase the efficiency and protection of the
hydraulic components. Twin cooling fans fitted.
Zero gravity engine articulation:
To protect the engine, the engine has 155 mm of
oil under the level mark (deep sump).
The auto engine tilt system ensures that the
engine oil supply is protected at all times.
Watchdog system is fitted, early warning device.
Hydraulic connections:
The interface between DELTRAK 2.0 and
attachment are hydraulic. Screw couplings are
used here to avoid against unintentional
disconnection. High flow hydraulic hoses & motor
ensures adequate power to attachments.
Hydraulic front attachment mount:
All attachments fitted to DELTRAK 2.0 are
mounted on a quick hitch system, self centering,
this ensure easy attachment changes. Counter
balance system is fitted.
IRUS DELTRAK 2.0
Maintenance / cleaning:
The panels of DELTRAK 2.0 can simply be opened
for the cleaning and maintenance of all
components. Swing up oil coolers allow access to
both suction and pusher electric fans. The twin
coolers are robust solid aluminium for durability.
Diesel engine:
The drive of DELTRAK 2.0 is a very light and robust
3-cylinder turbo-diesel engine with water cooling .
The B&S (Daihatsu) industrial motor is designed for
use under harsh conditions. Fuel filter monitor is
included.
Twin tracks:
The robust crawler chassis has direct hydraulic
drives with high sprocket design, free running and
optimally arranged rollers on the side guides of
track. The IRUS tracks can be used smooth, with
replaceable metal cleats and optional spikes.
