Quick Ship Products
Products qualifying for Quick Ship are Classic Aluminum Framed
boards in the following sizes (H x W): 4' x 4', 4' x 5', 4' x 6', 4' x 8’,
4' x 10' and 4' x 12'. A maximum of 10 boards of each size and style
per order can qualify for Quick Ship. Qualifying Quick Ship orders are
automatically shipped within three business days, unless specified
otherwise.
Ordering Resurfacing Panels
Before ordering resurfacing panels, reading the resurfacing
panel installation instructions is recommended to ensure correct
measurements are taken. Also, reading these instructions before
installation is highly recommended because the aggressive adhesive
backing on resurfacing panels is very strong, and it is difficult to
remove if a mistake is made during installation.
Magnetic vs. Non-Magnetic Surfaces
If you do not need your dry erase board to hold magnetic
accessories, choosing a non-magnetic surface will save money.
Both magnetic and non-magnetic EverWhite boards are the
same surface with a lifetime guarantee against ghosting and
staining.
Care and Maintenance
Use our microfiber EverCloth with water or glass cleaner to keep your
EverWhite whiteboard looking new for a lifetime. To erase permanent
marker, simply write over the permanent marker with dry erase
marker, and erase. Or, to remove permanent marker from large areas,
contact us for recommended cleaners.
Lifetime Guarantee
At EverWhite, our name is our promise. If EverWhite dry erase
boards have any staining under normal usage and with
maintenance that follows the care and use instructions
included with the boards, we’ll replace them.
All prices are based on quantity discounting and F.O.B. origin.
Freight is prepaid and added excluding locations outside the
continental U.S., which will be shipped freight prepaid and
added to any port in the continental United States. EverWhite
reserves the right to change prices and specifications without
prior notice. Prices are effective as of the date specified on
the back cover of this catalog and supersede all previously
published catalogs. Charges are payable upon receipt of
product. Prices listed are for standard products. Additional
charges apply for modifications such as custom cutting, custom

panels are made to order and are non-returnable. When
ordering wood framed boards, please allow for naturally
occurring variations in color, grain and character marks.

Please inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
It is advisable to unpack your delivery and check for concealed
damage. Your delivery should appear in good condition and in
accordance with the quantity indicated on the delivery receipt.
Please note any damage on the bill of lading before signing the
delivery receipt, and notify EverWhite within 15 days to report
damage. It is the customers’ responsibility to unload shipments.
For inside delivery options, please inquire with EverWhite
customer service. Additional charges may apply. Before
ordering large boards, please make sure they are not too large
to be transported throughout your facility.
Ground Shipments
Most items up to and including 36" x 36" or under can be
shipped by UPS. Other boards are shipped via freight carrier.
Architects and Contractors
EverWhite has specifications, CAD drawings and BIM models
available on www.everwhiteboards.com. We invite all
contractors to add EverWhite to your bid list. EverWhite

Resurfacing Panel Measurement Form
Use this form to determine the perfect measurements for your EverWhite Resurfacing Panel.
All boards 4’ x 12’ or smaller ship as one piece. All boards over 4’ x 12’ will ship as multiple pieces of equal size,
unless otherwise indicated.
Measurement Instructions: Measuring within the existing frame, take three vertical measurements and three horizontal
measurements as shown in diagrams A and B below. Subtract 1/16” from the smallest vertical
dimension and subtract 1/8” from the smallest horizontal dimension.
Measuring Tips:
1. Always use two people when taking measurements.
2. Always measure twice.
3. When measuring boards with map rails, if you do not plan to remove the map rail for installation, measure from
the bottom of the board to the bottom lip of the map rail. If you do plan to remove the map rail for installation,
measure from the bottom of the board to the upper lip of the map rail.

CHICAGO BULLS
A CUSTOMIZED PRINTED WHITEBOARD SOLUTION
Since Ben Adair joined the Chicago Bulls as Manager of Purchasing 10
years ago, he has taken on the challenge of finding the most effective visual
communications tools for the coaches, trainers and players. The Chicago
Bulls team relies heavily on the use of whiteboards printed with court
diagrams and workout charts to communicate with players. These visual
communications tools can be found in the team’s locker rooms, meeting

BELLEVILLE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL
A WHITEBOARD THAT’S ACTUALLY WHITE
When 3rd grade teacher Stacey McKinley moved into her new classroom at Belleville
Intermediate School, she noticed something unusual at the front of the classroom. Instead of
the usual whiteboard or chalkboard at the front of the room, she had a board that was half
chalkboard and half whiteboard.
The different erasers and writing instruments required for each side of the board became
cumbersome during lessons, so McKinley requested to have the chalkboard portion removed
and replaced with a second whiteboard.
When the chalkboard was replaced, she noticed that her original whiteboard was bright white in
color, but the new whiteboard that had replaced her chalkboard was a dull, gray color. She later
found out that the bright white dry erase board had been purchased from a manufacturer named
EverWhite, and the dull gray dry erase board had been purchased from a school supply catalog.
The new whiteboard soon became an obstacle during McKinley’s lessons. “I would write
something such as a math lesson. Then, I would attempt to erase it, but you could still see the

different brands of whiteboards. According to Beil, “I haven’t found anything on the market

UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN – FOX VALLEY
FINDS SOLUTIONS WITH EVERWHITE WHITEBOARDS AND
RESURFACING PANELS
The switch from chalkboards to whiteboards at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley
campus seemed to be a good move for instructors and students. But the benefits proved to
be short-lived due to the low quality of the whiteboards — dozens of whiteboards that were
acquired on a bidding system that favored lowest purchase price rather than lowest overall
cost.
“We did a mass purchase in a competitive bidding process and selected a product based on
low cost,” said David Staerkel, facilities manager for the two-year campus of the University of
Wisconsin System. The new boards had a porcelain face and seemed to be what the college and
its instructors were looking for to improve classroom presentations.
But it wasn’t long before problems literally started to surface, according to Staerkel. Instructors
and maintenance staff had an increasingly difficult time cleaning the boards, which were
installed in the front and sides of classrooms throughout the campus. The boards became a
challenge to clean and had ghosting and staining.
Maintenance costs were eating away at the savings UW-Fox Valley had gained by purchasing
from the low bidder, and instructors were regularly complaining about the problems with the
boards.
But there were boards on campus that were not prompting complaints nor requiring ongoing
