Willocott®
Willocott® neurosurgical patties are constructed of 100% highquality natural cotton fibres. All neurosurgical patties have a thread
attached to ease the postoperative count verification.
Indications Willocott® neurosurgical patties are used for
the protection of tissue and the absorption of fluids during
neurosurgery and other surgical interventions.
Sterility This product is only meant for single use, resterilisation
is not permitted. Use an aseptic procedure in all phases of the
treatment. Will-Pharma is not responsible for packages that have
been resterilised. Will-Pharma does not accept any liability for
packages that have been opened but not used.
If you have received Willocott® neurosurgical patties in an unopened
and undamaged package, it will remain sterile until the expiry date
printed on the packaging or until the package is opened.
If you have received this product in an unsealed paper bag and/
or as part of a modified procedure pack, Will-Pharma is not
responsible for proper sterilisation; this responsibility lies entirely
with the packager or distributor in question.
Use Willocott® neurosurgical patties can be used dry or can
be moistened with sterile water or physiological saline.
To make counting and verification easy, the neurosurgical
patties can be replaced on the counting card after removal from
the surgical field.
Guarantee Will-Pharma guarantees that these medical disposables
are free of defects in terms of material and manufacturing faults.

for a particular purpose. Suitability for use of this medical device

The thread attached to the patty is meant for identification
purposes.
Batch numbering All Willocott® packages are printed with an EAN
code and a batch number. The patties are manufactured under
ISO 13485 conditions and fulfil the guidelines associated with CE
certification.
Quality The quality requirements of Will-Pharma fulfil the ISO
9001 standards, and the manufacturing requirements of the
patties fulfil the ISO 13485 standard. To maintain these high quality
requirements, audits are done regularly.
