15,9 m. in 2002

the existence of a new market of High Speed Regional Services, and
to quantify it

• The new services, more comfortable and more rapid will add 50%
more trips on the high speed line

• Other issues will have to be addressed:
– Share of capacities of the infrastructure with the other traffics
– Coordination with High Speed Long Distance Services: coordination of
the services, free access versus mandatory booking, pricing
– Coordination with the Suburban Services: agreement between the
Institutional Bodies involved, fare collection
