The Norfolk is a destination hotel that

UK’s best beach which ranks ahead

Formerly the home of the Duke of Norfolk, the hotel which became a listed building in 1974 - has been
restored to its original Edwardian grandeur. Guests
staying in one of the 95 well appointed and thoughtfully
equipped en suite bedrooms and suites are able to enjoy
the hotel’s gardens and leisure facilities including an
indoor swimming pool and Beauty Salon.
The Norfolk Afternoon Tea Collection is served in the
grand surroundings of the Lounge. Cocktails are served
in the bar and Art Nouveau veranda which dances with
soft candle light in the evenings. Echoes Restaurant is
open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving modern
British cuisine in light airy conservatory surroundings.
In the summer months guests wishing to dine ‘al fresco’
are welcome to enjoy the restaurant or barbecue menus
in the gardens.
Meeting and event suites, excellent banqueting facilities,
good food and leisure facilities make the hotel a popular

One of the most important aspects of any event is the
quality of the food. Select from our wide range of menus
designed by our Head Chef and his highly skilled team or

For our guests planning weddings or to receive blessings
we have a licence for weddings to take place in the hotel
or gardens, and can arrange for you to have your ceremony
on the beach. Bournemouth Beach is currently the only
beach in England where you are able to get married.
