Social network websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and others are a great way to advertise your Syntek Global business
online. By using your personal account on these websites, you can let others know you are a distributor for Syntek Global and
post contact information so people know how to reach you. One of the best uses of these resources is to post a link to your
distributor website to promote your business. You can also post materials and resources that have been approved for such use
and share updates from the official Syntek Global profile on websites like Facebook. In addition, these websites make great tools
for collaborating with other distributors within your team.
There are a few things to remember when using social networking websites. First, we can’t allow profiles, groups, or any
accounts that use company trademarks as names or titles. Second, please do not use the corporate logo as a photo in the
account. Distributors are always welcome to use the distributor logos for this purpose. Third, do not use these websites to make
income claims of any kind. Remember that income claims can include statements of earnings ranges, “lifestyle claims,” or a
hypothetical example.

KRIS ZELKAS:
DIAMOND MVP
Kris Zelkas of Australia knows that sometimes little things can completely change your
life.
Three years ago, Kris came across Syntek Global on the internet. He was intrigued,
and sent out emails to find out more information. After a week, Blue Diamond
Natalyn Lewis responded. She answered all of Kris’ questions promptly and precisely.
Kris says, “From that moment forward I knew instantly that Syntek Global was the right
company with the right group of people at the right time with the right solutions
addressing the largest problems in the world on so many levels.”
That little thing he found online one day suddenly blossomed into a life-changing
experience—and business. Within two weeks, Kris was on a conference call with
Syntek Cofounders to discuss expanding into Australia. He called it a very surreal
situation.
Now, Kris has business partners in over seven countries and has traveled
internationally many times over the past three years—all because of Syntek. Through
his Syntek Global business, he has built incredible friendships and everlasting
memories and experiences. “You really do attract the right people into your life if you
are willing to follow your dreams,” he said.
Kris understands that the Syntek Global opportunity isn’t just about the business, it’s
about the relationships you can build with a team of like-minded, amazing people. He
calls Natalyn Lewis his Syntek Mom, saying that she has been a great mentor and friend. He credits her, along with Jaimes Lewis,
for helping him become the person he is today. And that influence has helped him continue to attract like-minded people into his
organization.
Looking back at the journey over the last three years, Kris admits that at times it was hard. He also realizes that people will come
and go. “The difference is knowing success is only one person away,” he said. “With this in mind, I have been able to build a large
international organization all because I continued to take action even at times when I felt like giving up. Syntek is a tremendous
opportunity, but the journey over the past three years has been priceless and I would not change any of it for the world!”
Kris is a fantastic example of persistence, and has advanced to the level of DIAMOND! He is proof that sometimes small things can
lead to great ones—if you don’t give up. His advice to others is to have patience, give it time, take action, and you can achieve
whatever it is you want!

ALHAJI SUBAIR AMUDA YUSUF:
SAPPHIRE MVP
Alhaji Subair Amuda Yusuf has a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Ahmadu Bello
Univeristy, Zaria, and an MBA from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He worked for
seventeen years in five different organizations before going into private business (borehole
drilling) in 2009.
Alhaji was introduced to Syntek Global in February of this year. He had been looking for
alternative sources of income, so jumped at the opportunity. “Since then, I have not regretted
joining the Syntek Global Family,” he said. With less than a year in the business, Subair has
traveled all over Nigeria, making new friends, breaking new ground, and improving his
financial standing while regaining confidence.
Alhaji embraces the Syntek Global value of giving back to the community. He wants to assist
as many people as possible in his society to achieve financial freedom, because many are
living below $100 a month. “Syntek Global has been a dream come true in which I have
been able to take care of my needs and brought some people out of their hopelessness,
despite lots of hurdles that I encountered in the course of this business.”
He thanks God for making it possible to touch a lot of lives through Syntek Global, and plans
to work hard to get to the highest rank in Syntek Global—and being a blessing to other
people on the way. “I hope to be remembered as someone who impacts his society
positively,” he said.

SCOTT SMITH:
JADE MVP
Scott Smith was born and raised in a small town in New Hampshire, USA. His family was poor, so life
growing up was challenging, but they managed.
When Scott was 7 years old his parents had to put him and his twin brother in a group home (boarding
school) for 5 ½ years—not because they didn’t love their sons, but it was a choice they had to make to
keep the boys safe and healthy. It was an extremely different time in Scott’s life. “Not being able to see my
parents on a day-to-day basis was tough, but it was teaching me how to become strong, disciplined, work
hard, and to NEVER give up,” he said
In August of 2012, Scott was approached by John Trahan about XFT. He decided to give it a shot. He told
John if it worked, he would be on board. He went on a camping trip towing a heavy camper. He put XFT
into his truck and saw improvement on his mileage by the third treatment. His excitement grew as his
miles per gallon continued to improve.
He wanted to change his life financially, so he joined Syntek Global. “I am on board 100%,” Scott said.
“Syntek has been a HUGE part of my life emotionally, physically, and financially! I am just so blessed to
have been in the right spot at the right time. Syntek Global is my life for life.”
Scott knows there are tough times, but he says, “I am here to tell you if you keep your mindset right and you BELIEVE in yourself
and you 100% believe in the product then you will be unstoppable, no one will defeat you! The only person that can defeat you is
yourself!”
Scott and his wife, Megan, have a 5-year-old son, Colin. Scott’s dream is to spend more time with his family and help his parents
live a comfortable life, because they have been working so hard for so long with nothing in the end for them to enjoy. We have no
doubt he will make it happen!
Scott’s resolve and never-quit attitude are an inspiration! He has determined to push himself every day to make sure his dreams
come true, and he is well on his way. Congratulations, Scott, on advancing to the rank of Jade MVP! We are proud to be part of
Scott’s climb to success!

CO FOUNDER KIRK NEWMAN & TEAM ELITE CHRIS BAILEY
TRAVELED & TOURED AFRICA!
What an amazing trip full of outstanding people and packed full meetings! Chris and Kirk’s first stops were in Takoradi and
Accra Ghana. Then on to Douala and Yaounde Cameroon. Lastly, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja Nigeria. All of the
meetings were standing room only. The meeting in Takoradi was the biggest crowd that either of them had ever spoke to in
their life. Chris Bailey said, “When we first walked in, Kirk had to take a double take. He actually said “WOW!’ It was also
amazing to see all the other Team Elites and Blue Diamonds in Ghana. Those guys are incredible… Cameroon too, was
amazing! I couldn’t believe the size crowds there as well.”
People traveled from many countries to see what Syntek Global was all about. To complete the trip, Kirk and Chris ended in
Nigeria. Once again, every event was standing room only holding 1600+ people! Again, many guests flew in from other
countries in Africa. Great leaders will come out of Cameroon and Nigeria; many Blue Diamonds are already emerging! The
growth in Africa is truly amazing!
The leaders and support staff in every country was beyond outstanding. Everyone worked together to make each event
successful. All of the speakers were very sharp and fired up the crowds. All the guests dressed professionally and everyone
was very welcoming and hospitable.
Chris Bailey would personalyl like to take his hat off to Mr. David Achaw, Director of Operations in Africa. He had a major
task to put this whole tour together, and with the assistance of all the local leaders, put together an award-winning tour, one
that everyone in Syntek Global should be proud of.
What a success trip! Full of new beginnings and a opportunity of a lifetime for those who were able to attend! Syntek Global
is on fire and it is being spread every day! We thank those distributors, leaders, and staff whose efforts to make this tour all
that it was! Thank you again!

Rick Gerrish: My WHY is to give my family what I never had
as a child, the option to be close as a family and allow my
children to go to the college they want and have the things
they need, experience real vacations and see parts of the
world most never see. I also want to be able to take care of
my mother and make sure she can retire in comfort, not
worrying about a thing in the world. #synteklifestyle
David Maduro: I have others in my team who depend on me
for leadership, to guide them to reach their goals and
success. Only when they have claimed success, I can concur
my destiny as well and also become financially free. But . . .
once this has been reached, this will start all over again! The
only way I lose is if I quit.
Hon Destiny Ighoyota: My vision/purpose in Syntek is to be
financially okay, and to make more money by saving money.
Sushant Bhattacharya: To become wealthy by spreading the
goodness of the product and services by which a common
man, an establishment, and an industry gets the benefits to
increase their profit and secure tomorrow for all. Also,
making the planet a better place to live with considerably
less pollution.
Kenetha DeBose: I have two small girls and I want to spend
time with them and not working for someone who won’t
value me as a person or an employee. My time is precious
and so is my family.
Zenas Asenso Ansah: The joy of helping people achieve their
goals both financially and socially through a medium/
situation that is already crying for a solution (rising fuel
prices). To prove to others that you don’t have to be part of
the Elite students or graduates to make an impact on lives
and have your name mentioned if you are long gone. I have
always craved for the time freedom where I can make a
living doing something I love doing already—talking!
Another aspiration is to be a Transformational Speaker and I
am on course with Syntek Global. Also, the urge to matter in
this world and become that leader everyone has envisaged
