Funtastic Novelties would like to invite you to display at our annual Funtastic Novelties Open
House Conference and Trade Show which will take place on Tuesday, October, 20 and Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
GENERAL INFO: FNI Trade Show is the premier trade show in the Midwest and is free to all
attendees. We focus on our core market: skating facility owners and managers. We average 50
plus facilities over the two day show and 20 plus vendors. This is a great chance for you to meet
decision makers from the roller skating industry just when their season is getting started. You will
have ample time to discuss your product line and take orders.
DATE & TIMES: The show dates are Tuesday, October 20 and Wednesday, October 121.
Booth set-up will begin at 8:30 AM on Tuesday morning at a new location: Marquis Ballroom,
Hotel Fort Wayne, 305 East Washington Center Road, 46825. This location is only 5 blocks
from our warehouse. The Trade Show will run from 12:30 PM through 7:00 PM on Tuesday. You
will have dedicated “Trade Show only” time from 12:30 to 4:00. The rest of the time will include
feeding our attendees lunch, dinner and 3 seminars. However, attendees will be free to visit your
booths during the entire 12:30 to 7:00 time period.
HOTEL: Our host hotel is Hotel Fort Wayne, 305 East Washington Center Road. Rooms
are only $79.00 per night! We respectfully request that all vendors stay at the host hotel. To facilitate your room reservation, we have included a form and will be happy to make the reservation for
you.
BOOTH FEE: The base price of a booth is $450.00 when booked by September 22. This includes one covered and skirted six-foot table. Your price may change depending on when your
payment is received. See page 2 for details. Please address any special requests with

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: On the bottom of page 2, you will find opportunities to
sponsor lunch or dinner on Tuesday. Your company will be listed as a sponsor in the itinerary
which is communicated to all of our attendees, and an announcement during the event.
PAYMENT: Make checks payable to “Funtastic Novelties” and reference “Trade Show 2015”.
We also accept credit card payments, just fill out the credit card form on the following page.
DEADLINE: To reserve your booth(s) and meal sponsorship, please fill out the attached
reservation form and have it to us by September 22nd to receive your early bird discount.
