TABS, TCL and TAP: Their e-CYCLE Supply Recycling Program is jointly implemented with
Close the Loop Inc (USA). This is a zero-waste-to-landfill/zero-thermal recovery recycling
program for toner cartridges (printer, fax, and MFP), waste toner bottles, and photoreceptors is
intended to reduce our current landfill waste by 10% each year for the next five years. It not only
reduces the need to use landfills but prevents other companies from remanufacturing our
cartridges.
TSP: In order to reduce waste, TSP avoids unnecessary print work and makes sure that power
and air conditioning are shut off when it not necessary to use them.
TGIS/TFIS: Carry out various activities including distributing leaflets that emphasize the
importance of environmentally friendly manufacturing .

Toshiba Automatic Identification System
Label Printers/Barcode Printers/RFID
It has been over 40 years since label printers were first introduced to the market and barcode
printers are now indispensable to POS systems.
RFID systems use IC tags for real-time data management. These products are used in a
wide range of industries including logistics, manufacturing, transportation, medical institutions,
and services -- and, of course, retailing.

Fusing Technology
Twin IH Fusing
STF* Fusing
IH Fusing was the world's first developed by
Toshiba in the year 2000. Twin IH fusing is an
even greater advance -- with two separate IH
coils on both sides of the unit so toner can be
applied on the paper more evenly and more
quickly, for remarkable energy savings.
Combines Toshiba’s proprietary heating roller,
which is made with special materials, and a
fusing belt that offers more consistent fusing
temperatures. STF fusing contributes to higher
speed output and higher image quality.
