We do this not to meet their expectations but to exceed them: We want to surprise them with new ideas and services, identify their needs, and promote our services actively. Is focusing on the customer the best opposition to digitalization? Digitalization is not an enemy we need to fight off. We consider it an opportunity. So the question is: What can we do together to blend the online and the offline worlds effectively?
