WHO
Eastern Iowa lawyers and whomever they choose to join their teams.
WHAT
A four-person best ball format golf outing with “shotgun” start including two beverage
tickets for each participant, hole prizes, prizes for top three teams and plenty of all around
good fun. You can sign up as a single or as a pair, or even three, and we’ll try to fill the rest
of the team with players who do not have a team of four. Maximum 18 teams. First come first
serve.
WHEN
Thursday, June 9th with registration starting at 12:30 p.m. and golf to start at 1:15 p.m.
Catered barbecue style dinner to follow the tournament at around 5:30 or 6:00 p.m.
WHERE
Saddleback Ridge Golf Course, located on the outskirts of Solon at 4646 East 180th St. NE,
Solon, IA 52333. Saddleback is an 18-Hole wide open, yet challenging course, which is
forgiving to golfers with high handicaps. Call 319-624-1477 for specific driving directions.
WHY
This tournament is one of two that is put on each summer by The Iowa State Bar
Association’s Young Lawyers Division. All profits earned through player fees and hole
sponsorships goes directly to the ISBA Public Service Project for programming and
activity expenses. Donations and players fees are tax deductible to the extent the
amount exceeds actual costs for participation. (Actual value of approximately $50.00
per person).
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Teams or individual participants must be signed up to play in this tournament
no later than June 2nd. Reserve your individual or team spot by filling out the
sign-up sheet and scanning or emailing to [email protected].

PRICING INFORMATION
Individual Players - $70 each
Hole Sponsorship with No Golfers - $200 each hole sponsored
Team of Four without Sponsorship - $280
Team of Four with Sponsorship - $400
Two Teams of Four without Sponsorship - $560
Two Teams of Four with One Sponsorship - $680
Law firms who send a team of four players and would like to
sponsor a hole will have their firm names proudly displayed
on one or more tee boxes throughout the golf course.
Checks for sponsorships and/or individual players should
be made payable to “YLD” and should be sent to Patrick
McElyea’s Scott County Attorney’s Office at 400 W. 4th St.
Davenport, IA 52801 at the same time you fax or mail your signup sheet.
