We would also be extremely pleased to print any articles pertaining to wrest ling whiCh you would like to submit for future issues. My Own interest in county wrestling dates back to the 1965-1966 SeaSOn when I first managed the varsity team at Eastridge . We won the divisional champions hip that year and repeated tor several years after. Then along came Spencerport ... Actually, I helped out at -Spencerport this past winter and fo und it to be a vcry rewarding experience. great amount of respect £00: . This is one team I have a Other than Spencerport;, my closest ties in wrestl ing this past season were probably with Eastridge, IrondeqUOit, and Bishop Kearney, sincc I cover the sports of these three schools for our town newspaper, The Irondequoit Press . 1 did programs this year tor Spencerport, EaStridge, Ironde.q uoit, Bishop Kearney, and East Rochester. I'm convinced that little things such as programs can go a long way in inc reasing interest i n th ill sport. I also think a newsl e tter such as this can be a help to our sport.
