REMINDER
Annual Meeting of Owners
You are invited, as an owner of a timeshare interval at The Falls at
Ogunquit Resort Condominium Association, to be present or represented
by proxy at the Annual Meeting of Owners to be held at the Dunaway
Center, Ogunquit, ME on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. for
the following purposes:
1. To elect one (1) member to the Executive Board of the Association for a three year term;
2. To approve the Annual Meeting Minutes from 2013;
3. To ratify the Resort Operating Budget for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2015;
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the
meeting.
Owners are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Owners and all
adjournments thereof. Since a quorum of owners is required to transact
business, all owners are urged either to attend the meeting or to be
represented by proxy.
If you do not expect to attend the meeting in person, it is vitally important
that you mark, sign, date and return the enclosed Proxy/Ballot to reach
us prior to August 6, 2014.
If you later find that you can be present or for any other reason desire
to revoke your Proxy/Ballot, you may do so at any time before voting
commences.

connects Main Street (Route 1) and Shore Road,
approximately 1 1/4 miles south of The Falls at

CANDIDATE PROFILE
William E. “Billy” Curran (Incumbent)
Founder and CEO of InnSeason Resorts. A sales and marketing executive for more than 29 years he is also the
founder of Curran Management Services, Inc., a successful family owned marketing business based on Cape Cod.
This nationally recognized telemarketing business currently has offices in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In
addition, he has developed five spectacular resorts in New England that together employed more than 350 people at
one time.
Objective as Board Member: To work with the Board to ensure the long term financial stability of InnSeason
Resorts Falls of Ogunquit while maintaining its distinctive level of accommodations and services.

What’s Happening Around Town
We’re being rewarded for our patience! This month had
some of the best summer weather Ogunquit has to offer.
And since schools are out, let the crowds begin!

the Playhouse-Billy Elliot, with music by Elton John.

town to start the race to the Villages in Florida. They were
