New Sales Associates spend 3 weeks learning our Sales Presentation.
The presentation is given to Guests that come to one of our Discovery Centers.
We have Discovery Centers are each of our four resorts.
Each presentation will last 1.5 to 3 hours depending on their level of interest.
You will explain our vacation plan and tour the resort.
A manager helps with questions, financing & inventory at the end.
Our Marketing Division delivers Guests to our Sales Centers.
Where do our Guests come from?
Our Marketing teams go to tradeshows and book Guests to come to
VB for a discounted weekend in exchange for a timeshare tour.

Along Atlantic Ave. we have Marketing Associates who
invite Virginia Beach visitors to come for a timeshare tour.
**You will not have to do this part! Someone else does the marketing.
In exchange for attending the tour, guests will receive
various gifts such as a 4 day/3 night trip back to VB, a $50
Visa card and/or a free breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our Vacation Markets sell tickets to
attractions. When families come in
for tickets , we offer them free tickets
in exchange for a timeshare tour.
All your Guests will be qualified!
• 28 or older
• If married, must attend with spouse
• Annual income of $65,000
• Must agree to attend 90-120 minute presentation/tour
• Must have 2 forms of ID including a picture ID and credit card
Cost per tour
By the time we pay for:
– All the gifts we give to guests
– The marketing associates
– All the other overhead
The average cost per tour is about $500.
It’s expensive but since we can’t bring the resort to the guests, we
have to bring the guests to the resort.
Because our marketing is expensive,
our Sales Training Program is Outstanding!
• 3 ½ week paid training class.

In the 25 years we’ve been doing this, we’ve figured out what our
guests need to hear.
• The presentation uses a packet that is very similar to this
presentation.
• We also use large computer displays to show guests how our
program works!
We will provide you all of the tools and training to be a successful .
We have a large training center and a multi-media training program.
