master account. List type of charges you wish to include in the
account for these individuals such as phone, restaurant and
miscellaneous. Please list all persons authorized to assign additional
changes to the Master Account such as food and beverages, gift shop

IRPORT, CAR RENTAL OR CAB – Due to the popularity of
Myrtle Beach, secure reservations for car rental in advance. Cab
fees to hotel are approximately $6-$8 one way from the airport.

XHIBITORS – All special requests must be submitted prior to
meeting. All shipments must be received no sooner than four days
prior to event. Advance arrangements for shipping equipment and

OOD & BEVERAGE – Menu selection should be submitted four
weeks prior to meeting. The Food and Beverage Director will be pleased
to assist you. All food consumed in public meeting rooms must be
purchased from the Resort.
