The water outlet of reverse osmosis system will
have to flow in a water storage tank, always. From
this storage tank you can pump the R.O. water to
the carwash. We can offer you stainless steel and
P.E. tanks.

INOTEC SELF WASH BAYS
INOTEC SELF WASH BAYS
We offer several options for your self wash bays. You can choose from one wash bay up to as
many wash bays as you like, with or without a canopy.
You can choose to fit the high pressure technique in a slim column in the wash bay as part of
the canopy or on a steel frame in the technical area. As an additional option, we can fit the high
pressure technique in a container.
This consists per wash bay of:
- 1 CAT high-pressure pump type 5CP2140W.
Maximum pressure: 175 bar (adjustable to 100 bar).
Maximum capacity: 15 litres per minute (adjustable to 13 litres per min.).
- 3 Pneumatic chemical dosing pumps for exact dosing.
- Frequency converter soft start and adjustable pressure and capacity per
program.
- Frost protection: operational under all weather circumstances.

already operating world wide. The clever concept, perfect finish

VELO WASH
VELO WASH SW10.2
Technically and aesthetically the most advanced stainless steel
mountainbike wash equipment on the market.
The Velo Wash SW10.2 is an
automated wash tunnel, especially for mountain bikes.
Under medium pressure bikes
get cleaned so they are free of
mud. The Velo Wash uses no
chemicals and no brushes. The
bikes will be optically clean.
The bike is placed backwards on the transit gutter and when you
press the start button the fork will take the saddle automatically
through the Velo Wash. Inside there are placed spray tubes with 2x 4
nozzles af different angles, giving a maximum cleaning effect on the
bike. The water pressure is around 50 bar.
The wash stops automatically when the bike gets out at the other
end. The bike is now standing ready in the wheel-collector to be
removed from the gutter. The cleaning process takes about 10 seconds.
After the bike is taken of the wash system, the saddle-fork will go
back in 2 seconds to the stating position and a new dirty bike canbe
put on.

Rowafil Manufacturing is a 100% division of iClean Carwash Technologies BV, located in the same premises in
Venray - The Netherlands. Our roots go back almost 100 years: the bases of the company was founded in 1919
in Rotterdam - The Netherlands.
Late 90’s Rowafil joined the holding and started to work on it’s international network to become the leading
company on full biological waste water reclaim of mainly carwash waste water. In our new state of the art facility, opened in 2006, we have everything under one roof.
Our iClean company has 50 years of experience in car washing and dealing with water and waste water in particular. We offer already several decades our famous stainless steel products for export over the whole world.
Products like the Dog Wash, the iLED Entrance Arch and our Inotec Self Wash Bays are relatively new and as
from today we also offer water treatment like softeners and reversed osmosis systems.
