Golden Apple Corporation has been on the leading edge of aftermarket automotive products for the last
26 years. After entering the wheel industry in 1997, we have grown into a major worldwide supplier of
aftermarket wheels. Each year we are driven to maintain our goal of providing one of the largest selections
of styles, sizes, colors, and offsets. Golden Apple markets six major subdivisions; ADR, Stern, RSL,
Nitro, Nex, and Maxspeed.

Stern, a Japanese design manufactured by Golden Apple provides satisfaction to the ultimate car enthusiast.
When consumers step up to Stern they step above the competition. Spinning the reflection of design on the
deepest wheel lips will make an impression when rolling on Stern wheels.
Sport Tuner

RSL incorporates a variety of tuner style designs in popular dual drill patterns. Consumers can enter the
aftermarket world with these entry level tuning wheels.

WHEEL ACCESSORIES
Nitro provides wheels for the SUV and truck market. Enabling consumers to achieve their vehicle goals,
Nitro wheels are manufactured in multiple width settings to fit a variety of off road tires.
The NEX coilovers continues to grow in popularity due to quality at an affordable price, this is also
evident with the NEX Big Brake Upgrade Kit introduced in 2007. The NEX Brake Kit is also available
for SUVs and light trucks. 4, 6 and 8 piston kits are available.
New for 2008 is the NEX die formed and reinforced NEX Silicone Hoses and and Hose Kits. The hoses
include straight hoses, bends, adapters and reducers. The Hose Kits include induction kits, intercooler and
turbo hoses as well as coolant hoses.
Maxspeed offers a vast collection of performance products and accessories ranging from shifts knobs,
pedal covers, and exhausts for many vehicle applications. For consumers seeking to lower their vehicle,
Maxspeed coilover lowering springs are the answer to their ride height questions.

Stern Wheel Spacers
Stern Wheel Spacers are made of a proprietary forged aluminum/magnesium alloy which
is reliable strong but also very light. (up to 70% lighter than steel products)
Stern Wheels Spacers are anodized for a tough, durable finish that is resistant to chipping,
scratching and oxidation.
Moving the wheels away from the hub, effectively widens the axle distance of the vehicle.
This modification increases lateral stability in your vehicles handling.

Golden Apple Corporation provides one of the most comprehensive warranty’s in the wheel
industry for their products. All wheels manufactured by Golden Apple, including ADR, RSL,
Nitro, and Stern are covered by this extensive warranty. Our warranty extends to the original
purchaser, which is the company or wholesaler that purchased the wheel or wheels from our
company.
All wheels are warranted to be free from defects in the finish of the wheel under normal and
intended use for a period of one year. The workmanship, material, and structure of the wheel are
guaranteed for life. This warranty shall be to repair or replace, at our discretion, any wheel which
is found to be, in our opinion, defective, and which after examination, has failed under normal
use and service. Such a repair or replacement will not include removal and installation labor, any
direct or indirect costs such as vehicle down-time, or any other consequential expenses.
This warranty does not apply if:
a. Wheels have been damaged by improper use, accident, or negligence.
b. Wheels have been repaired, altered, or drilled in any way that was not
c. Wheels with damage or corrosion due to improper maintenance, or
d. Wheels have not been properly installed.
e. Wheels have been installed on vehicles other than those specifically

of all other expressed warranties and any implied warranties, including those of merchantability
and use for particular purpose, to the extent of the law of the state and federal laws regarding
sales. No warranty or representation by anyone other than Golden Apple Corporation shall be
binding on the manufacturer.
