LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Dear Members,
ENGIN TUNCAY
It has been a great month of December. We really appreciate everyone who attended the Member Holiday Party. We are
getting wonderful positive feedback from the members about the
party. I would also like to thank the families who came out to
the Breakfast with Santa. We had one of the best turn outs yet.
We are planning more children friendly events for this upcoming
year as well as teen and young adult parties.
The Colonial Country Club is moving forward in the right
direction. We are looking forward to making many more positive changes as we move ahead. I look forward to being with
you all in the year 2015. Merry Christmas and have a Happy
New Year.
Sincerely,
Engin Tuncay, CCE, CCM, CHA

New Year’s Fit Tip
Hello fellow CCC members,
The start of a new year is the perfect time to turn over a new leaf and
eliminate bad habits while establishing new healthy behaviors.
Unfortunately most resolutions are not kept for too long after the start of the year
due to unrealistic expectations, time restraints, or becoming
overwhelmed.
Here are 5 tips to help you reach your goals this New Year
1. Don’t overload yourself with too many resolutions. Pick one that is the most pressing issue in
your life and concentrate on that one.
2. Be realistic about your resolution. Set small goals and work to achieve them.
3. Write down your resolutions. Seeing them every day will keep you from forgetting the promises you made to yourself.
4. Team up with a friend. Having someone to commiserate with when things get hard can make
all the difference.
5. Don’t give up, even when you suffer through some setbacks. The only time you fail is when
you give up for good.
Yours in Fitness,
Jennifer Pede [email protected]
