Plantation began its legacy over 150 year ago into becoming the perfect setting for your upcoming
wedding and/or reception. We know you will cherish your wedding day by sharing this romantic
location with your family and friends.
Plan your event just the way your want it. Have your ceremony under the majestic oaks as you walk
the bridal garden path then down the aisle leading to the gazebo. After the ceremony, you will take
wedding photos on the beautiful grounds surrounded by fountains, lush gardens, star lit trees, and on
the breathtaking gallery of the plantation home.
The Sugar Mill Pavilion anxiously awaits you and your guests. This 6000 sq. ft. historic building
allows for a glorious presentation that your guests are sure to admire. The pavilion also provides a
stage for bands or D.J.’s, and plenty of floor space for you and your guests to “dance the night away!”

Guided Tours of San Francisco Plantation
Upon 30 Minute Intervals
$600.00 per two-hours with a 2-hour minimum
San Francisco Plantation provides facilities only. Caterers, decorations/decorator, entertainment,
flowers/florist, and tables/chairs, will be the sole responsibility of the renter unless otherwise
agreed upon by San Francisco management. You may choose your own caterer but the company
must be properly licensed and provide proof of insurance at least 2 weeks in advance and
provide proof of a liquor license prior to the function. Also, there are to be no open flames on the
plantation grounds.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to hold any date, and is due within 10 days of
scheduling your event. Deposit is non-refundable with cancellations.

Rental Policies
Payment:
Deposit of $200.00 will be used to hold any date and as a
damage deposit. Deposit is non-refundable with any cancellations.
Methods of Payment:
Cash- Half of estimated charges due at signing of
Contract. Balance due 72 hours prior to event.
Check- Payment in full due two weeks prior to event.
(check must be processed through telecheck services.)
Credit Card- Half of estimated charges due upon signing of
contract. Balance due charged to credit card 72 hours prior
to event.Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) Credit card
payments over $2500.00 will not be accepted.
Guarantee
Policy:
An exact count of guest is due 14 days prior to the event.
If we do not receive an updated count, the last number
given will serve as your guaranteed count. You will be
charged for this minimum number plus any additions.
Times:
The rental fee allows you to use San Francisco Plantation
for 3 hours. If the starting time for the event/reception/
ceremony is delayed, the ending time will remain the same.
Therefore, delays will not alter the ending time.
Security:
• A security person will be present for every event held at
San Francisco Plantation.
• San Francisco Plantation is not responsible for lost
or broken items brought for the event.
• Functions with 100 or more guests are required to give
a two weeks cancellation notice prior to the event.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELED.
All food service and bar must present a certificate of liability.
