Contractual arrangements for camping pitch and rental properties
General:
Only one family can be booked per camping pitch additional tents for visitors are not allowed! For rental properties, the
number of persons is limited to the maximum allowable occupancy!
Book:
The general business links contact our written confirmation (by post or E-mail) automatically in force. Please check your
booking confirmation immediately on accuracy!
Arrival:
Departure:
Stated in the booking confirmation and departure dates are binding. The Camping pitch | Rental Property
is available on arrival from 15 h. The reception and the park entrance will be closed from 13-15 h.
On departure day you can use the camping pitch to 12:00 h and the rental property until 10:00 h.
Payment:
When booking a camping pitch:
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, a handling fee of € 25.00 will be charged. Spaces that are not occupied one day after booking the
beginning and for which no agreement has been made over a wave band can be used for other purposes of the camp
administration.

We ask a deposit of € 25.00 per camping pitch - 7 days after booking confirmation - by transfer to our account:

The € 25.00 will be credited to your account in full. The balance must be paid on site at your departure with your power
consumption. Claim to the booked camping pitch consists of receiving your payment.
We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. The final payment
of 80% of the total amount must be paid 4 weeks by bank transfer, stating the intended use noted on our account prior to

You can at any time withdraw from the contract. In your own interest, and to avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal
must be in writing. If you withdraw from the contract, we need to calculate an appropriate compensation according to the
following schedule:
If a cancellation: Up to 45 days before arrival we charge 20 % of the total bill.
44-30 days before arrival we charge 40 % | 29-22 days before arrival we charge 60 %.
21-0 days before arrival we charge 80 %.
If canceled later, arrival or departure from ancient times is the full invoice amount less any expenses saved, such as
electricity to pay. Rental properties that are not occupied one day after booking the beginning and for which no
agreement has been made about a new wave band can be used for other purposes of the camping management.
Visitor:
The stay on the camping park Lüneburg Heath is only allowed for registered persons. Visitors must sign in to the reception. For
day visit is a flat rate of currently 3, - € per person calculated. In one night the currently valid camping price list applies.
Dog:
There is a leash on the entire camping park. On playgrounds, the beach and the swimming pond, dogs are not allowed.
Impurities must be removed immediately by the owner.
Place Order:
For all stays the course shall be binding upon, you will receive upon arrival at the campsite reception. Anyone who violates
grossly against these and the rest of 22-7 h and 13-15 h, reference is made immediately from the square.
Photo-Work:
We regularly perform on the camping park Lüneburg Heath picture and sound recordings.
If you do not want, please let the photographer or camera crew with immediately.
Changes:
Only those mentioned in the booking confirmation prices and dates are binding! The offers and prices in our brochure
is correct at the time of printing. Changes in prices and services are possible, we must therefore expressly reserved
(eg energy prices, by increasing the value added tax, or other taxes, etc. INDEX by more than 2 points increases).

TV, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge (except for “Hausfloß” and the “ Heuhotel”).

Your own duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels!
Dog / Animals:
Animals are not allowed on the fabric upholstery. Should we in cleaning dog hair on the upholstery |
discover beds, this is charged extra - a flat rate of € 50.00.
Final Cleaning: The guest undertakes to do the following household tasks such as Washing of dishes, trash | to dispose of
waste in the appropriate container. Otherwise, this work will be billed separately. If the rental property on a normal level
dirty and a longer cleaning be necessary, this is an extra - at cost - calculated.
Liability: All visitors are required to handle the inventory and property care. He is obliged to compensate damages incurred
during his stay by himself, his companions or guests. Any damage in the acquisition must be reported immediately to the front
desk.
Emptying the chemical toilet - only in the caravan! Here you have a Porta-Potti Thedfort available.
Emptying and cleaning of Chemietoillete (cassette) is carried out by you. If during check out not to be emptied and cleaned
the cartridge of the chemical toilet, we have to charge you a fee of € 50.00 for this.
