Select a stroller

GERMAN ENGINEERING
During the development of a stroller a lot of requirements
come together, from design, usability to comfort, safety
and quality.To have a better understanding of the consumer
needs, we use researches and consumer questionnaires to
identify how a product will be used and what a consumer
wants from the product. The need for the parents and their
baby comes first in the development.
Along with the requirements on design, usability and
comfort, our German based development team is making
sure also the requirements on safety and quality are met.
With 65 years of experience as a premium stroller
manufacturer we established a higher internal standard our
products have to meet. To test this, as well as the European
Standard and GS certification, we use both external partners
as well as our in-house test lab., which is officially entitled to
assign GS the mark by TÜV Rheinland.

microfiber material is very snug on baby’s skin, thus making it even cozier. Due to its water vapor-permeable characteristic and its breathability it offers an optimized climate, additionally enhancing the comfort for your child.

Baby and children’s skin is delicate and extremely sensitive and must be protected from
the UV rays of the sun. Babies should never be exposed to the sun. Infants not earlier than
at an age of two. Already a quarter of an hour can cause sunburn damage. Also special
sunscreens for babies (min SPF 30) should only be applied to the skin that is exposed
directly to the sun. Shade, parasols or sunsets with high UV protection are essential to
protect children’s skin. Adequate protection covers should be a given.

Good sleep is very important for the early childhood
development. Through undisturbed sleeping in the carry-cot
or the stroller the baby learns to develop its own rhythm of
rest and wake phases. Stimuli and relaxation brings the brain
into balance!
When children are whiny, restless, fidgety, perhaps even
irritable / over-excited and quickly cry this may be due to
too little rest. Basically, children have to sleep to regenerate.
How much sleep a child needs, is very individual and often
depends on the day form. As a parent, you should create an

How it all began...
More than 65 years ago the brand teutonia was founded
near and named after the Teutoburger Forest in North
Rhine-Westphalia Germany. Even today the headquarter of
the brand is still based here. Since then teutonia is known
for a First Class pushchair experience. True to the motto
First Class for the little ones the first teutonia stroller was
developed by a proud uncle Gustav Lüdeking, who wished
to have a special stroller for his first nephew. With focus
on style and comfort the young uncle got to work and
designed a stroller with a lot of care and attention to
detail. Even today these values reflect the heart of the
teutonia brand. Coupled with the German tradition of
quality and exceptional craftsmanship, we are proud to
still offer first class stroller experience for child and parent
over 65 years later.
