Respond promptly to service inquiries received from LD members:
High priority requests response expected within 24 hours.
Non-emergency services response expected within 48 hours.
Provide references to LD Program Director, which may be shared with any
LD members.
Agree to be a resource, if requested, for occasional seminars/interest
group meetings organized by LD free of charge.
Agree to utilize mediation services as a first step to resolve any conflicts or
disagreements that may occur with an LD member.
Agree that LD may solicit evaluations at any time with any client served by
the SP,
