Garden House Rental
• The Garden House is a charming space for intimate events of 30 guests or less.
Rental is $350 and includes access to the Garden House for 2 hours.
• If you would like to extend your event, additional hours are $100 each.
• Beautifully appointed kitchen space and restrooms and all purpose tables and
chairs are set up within the Garden house for your use.
• Cairnwood will provide trash receptacles. We request that the Garden House
must be left clean and tidy at the end of the event. All trash must be removed.
• The $150 security deposit is due at time of reservation. Final payment is due 30 days
prior to the event. Please ask a Cairnwood manager for a copy of the Garden
House Rental Agreement.
