You need to eat more:
-nuts

-fish
-poultry meat
-fruit
-vegetables
You need to eat less :
-red meat
-sweets
-sugar

1. low-fat
2. low-carbohydrate
3. low-calorie
4. very low calorie
Fad diets are
diets that claim
to promote
weight loss or
treat obesity by
various
mechanisms.

All require 4 to 6
cookies per day,
sometimes in addition to
other food, such as one
meal of six ounces of
meat in the case of the
