Can’t attend but want to bid on an auction item?
It’s easy. Here are the rules:
1. For the Live Auction, you have two options:
a. Submit a bid in writing via mail, email [email protected],
or fax 406.586.5794. Your identity and the amount of your bid will be held
in confidence. Your bid will be entrusted to an individual (likely an Eagle
Mount Board member) who will treat your bid as the highest amount you are
willing to pay and will bid for you, trying to buy the item at the lowest possible
amount, up to your bid amount. If the bidding passes your stated amount,
your bidding will end.
b. Connect live via cell phone to someone present at the live auction,
who will do your bidding for you. We can connect you up with a trustworthy
person, or you are welcome to make your own arrangements. Please note:
If you make your own arrangements, your representative at the event will be
expected to make payment for your items the night of the event.
2. For the Silent Auction, you may:
a. Submit a bid in writing, as above (option a).
b. Buy a silent auction item in advance by paying the “Buy It Now”
price. The “Buy It Now” price applies ONLY to silent auction items, not
including live auction items. If you pay the “Buy It Now” price, the item will
be removed from the auction and reserved for you.
By submitting a bid, you agree that you are responsible for paying for the
item(s) you purchase, as well as any shipping costs required to send the item(s)
to you. You will be contacted immediately following the event to let you know
the outcome of your bids.

Motor Speedway for the biggest Memorial
Day weekend party in the country for the
annual Coca-Cola 600. This is not only the
longest race on the NASCAR calendar, but
it is also one the hottest tickets and most

exciting spectacles in the sport. The race takes place on Sunday, May 25, 2014 and usually
lasts at least four hours. Run since 1960, it is the longest race sanctioned by NASCAR at
600 miles. It is also a race where it crosses between daylight, dusk and night time and finishes

especially when it comes to tires and the different temperatures during the day and night.

alternative arrangement has been agreed upon by the purchaser and donor prior
to November 9, 2014, neither the donor nor Eagle Mount or any representative
thereof will be liable for the goods or services and no refund will be possible.
Values listed for auction items are donors’ estimates of fair market value for the
goods and/or services donated. Eagle Mount assumes no liability for the value or
condition of items donated.
Due to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue’s Special Emphasis Program
for the 1988 tax year which focuses on the fundraising practices of charitable
organization, we wish to inform you that the only portion of the purchase price
paid for any auction item that is tax deductible as a gift to Eagle Mount is the
amount paid in excess of the fair market value of the item. In other words,
when you purchase an auction item and wish to make a gift to Eagle Mount, the
amount paid above the fair market value is a tax deductible contribution to Eagle
Mount. Eagle Mount will send you a receipt to facilitate your tax reporting.
