We’ve been receiving a lot of questions from our clients recently regarding customizations of their
tours: How do I delete a photo I
don’t like from the virtual tour? Can
I manipulate the order of the photographs? We realized that while
most of the questions we got regarded the functionality and practicality of their tours, at the heart of
it our clients wanted to make their
tours reflect the value of the home
they are selling. That’s why BTW
images has implemented a program that not only grants you the
autonomy of adjusting your photos’
placement within the tour as you
see fit but also allows you to employ
creative new ways to customize
your virtual tour. When you get your
next photo shoot completed, look
for a link in your tour announcement
providing you with a username to
access your new Tour Organizer.

When you upload your photos to the
MLS you’ve always had the opportunity to add a description for each

Now you can.
From the new Tour Editor page,
you can design the order in which
your pictures flow with ease. Want
a great shot of the kitchen to be the
first thing your buyers see? Simply
click on that image and drag it to the
front of the line. Need a photo removed? Just grab it and change its
viewing settings in the panel to the
right. You can upload new images
from your own files by simply drag-

Property Web Pages are customizable in the same way that your virtual tours are and create a new avenue for visibility outside the MLS.

can be uploaded into your virtual
tour for an added “wow” factor. The
best way to show off a large room is
through a 360˚ panoramic view. The
photo gives the feeling of “being
there” and conveys the vastness of
the space. After it is uploaded into
your virtual tour, the viewer can use
their cursor to maneuver within the
photo and see all the details of the
room.

5 Years of Growing...
BTW imag
It is hard to believe that 5 years have passed since we first opened
the doors to BTW images. We started as a hobby taking pictures
of foreclosures for real estate agents and decided there was a need
for better photos and advanced marketing, and so our company was
born.
Two owners, one with
marketing and customer
service skills, and the
other with the technical
knowledge to make it
happen, came up with a
plan to begin marketing
professional photography
to Real Estate Agents.
To gain experience, we The first home photographed by BTW images
contacted
numerous
home builders and offered
our services for free, and with our luck, Calvert Luxury Homes took
us up on our offer and soon became our first client.
We have continuously adjusted our product line to meet the demand
and to stay with technology, whether it was always keeping the latest
equipment in our photographers’ hands, to adding new products
and services. A company that started with listing photos quickly
grew to a full service marketing business for all industries.
The journey was not without its bumps in the road. We quickly
learned how difficult it was to compete against the larger companies.
We found that our best strength in competing with them was with
the quality of our product and excellent customer service. We’ve
concentrated on that approach, and thanks to our clients, have
received 95% of our business through word-of-mouth and referrals!
Throughout these 5 years, the employee numbers have grown, the
clients have grown, and so have we, the owners. But throughout the
entire journey, we realize we owe it all to you, our clients. You have
helped us grow the small home business that we started in 2009 to a
great company with an even brighter future.

Ambition runs wild throughout our company, and the five year mark
will begin a whole new adventure for our company. We always try
to keep our product line as state-of-the-art and to keep up on trends
relative to marketing and social media. We vow never to be a stagnant
company, but to keep growing to help you grow your business. Here
are a few things in the near future we will be launching:
Low-altitude video - Full motion high definition video of a home
shot from the outside via a small drone. The product will show the
size of the home, all of the landscaping, and a full aerial view of the
property, with a quick turn-around and affordable price. Combined
with a walkthough video of the interior, you will have a marketing
piece like no other!
Increased video marketing - Video is the viral way to market. We
plan to increase our video product line, improve the quality, and
improve the marketing on your behalf. Video is the way to get
noticed, and we plan on making it a painless and easy process so you
can impress your clients.
Better Virtual Tours - Displaying your product on the internet is
the key, and that should be done well. We are constantly trying to
improve the capabilities of our tour software, both in the front end
and the back-end interface. We upgraded the back end this past year
and will be rolling out some more improvements this coming spring.

Meet Joel!
As the newest member of the BTW
images team, I am excited to be able
to tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Joel Woo and my passion is photography. I am the new
Director of Operations in Baltimore
and will be the lead photographer in
the Baltimore metropolitan area.
I was born and raised in Laurel, MD
but my wife and I now call the little
town of Arbutus home. Growing up
I loved to take pictures of anything
and everything. My photography career started in high school, when I
bought my first DSLR camera, and
has been developing ever since. I
have received extensive training in
both portrait and real estate photography and over the years my training has taught me to look at things in
a different way – to slow down and
see the true beauty of my subject.
As a business major, I have learned
that the most important part of a
business is people. It’s a simple
concept that we often overlook.
People provide revenues so your
business can succeed. They can
help you market your business by
giving referrals or raving reviews.
People make the business. BTW
images also appreciates this concept. I am excited to join an innovative team that truly understands this
and values their clients so highly. I
