orchestra that plays a variety of island music to dance the night away. A tropical show with various
cultural dance perfomances is also very popular. There are a variety of menu selections to choose from.
Santa Fe Grill® - Á la carte restaurant for Tex-Mex cuisine and atmosphere with indoor
and outdoor seating. Large portions and great atmosphere. Wine served with dinner.
Dominican Night (Beach Area) - This evening is decorated with a Dominican theme
accompanied with torches and illumination. Enjoy Perico Ripiao (a band of 4 musicians that play
typical Merengue) or an orchestra playing a variety of tropical music. A wide array of delicacies are
available, however, we suggest a menu called the Dominican Town.
Pirate Night (Beach Area) - The beach is transformed into a pirate’s feast with waiters and musicians
dressed in authentic pirate attire. If you like, your attendees can be disguised in pirate clothes which we
can provide, that will add to the fun. The menu will satisfy even the toughest pirate’s appetite.
Gala’s Dinner White or Black Night (Beach Area / Pool Area / Conference Rooms) - This is a very
popular event where everyone is dressed in either white or black attire. Our dinner presentations make
for a very impressive evening.
Rigoletto Pasta Club® - Tastefully decorated á la carte restaurant that offers international
pasta specialties for dinner.
El Fogon® - Á la carte restaurant that offers Caribbean specialties for dinner.
