Oh yes, in answer to several commonly asked questions, you can pour metal into the silicone rubber molds, in
fact they are easier to use and produce more detailed figures. If desired, you may substitute an ingot of pewter
for the 10% tin-lead alloy casting metal which is included in our introductory offer adding $4.00. If you are
interested in making your own molds check out our Quick-Sil Kits (room temperature vulcanization material)
we offer.

TUDOR CHES SET
Three silicone rubber molds (SR363-SR365) can be used to create a beautiful Tudor style chess set (because
multiple figures are in each mold, the cost to produce a complete chess set is quite low). Each individual figure
can also stand alone as a detailed painted miniature or be finished in polished pewter. The molds are very easy
to pour and the figures require minimal cleanup.
Mold SR363 contains (2) 54 MM figures 2 á" tall:
Henry the 8th (born 1491, and reigned as King of England 1509-1547). He was married 6 times.
Cathrine of Aragon, Henry’s first of 6 wives & Queen. was a Spanish princess who had been married to
Henry’s elder brother Arthur before he died. They had numerous children but only one daughter
(Mary 1) survived childhood. Later their marriage was annulled, as she hadn’t produced a child son.
Henry remarried 5 more times.

These six molds produce beautifully detailed, very easy to pour, large, clean, fantasy figures. They are the finest
miniatures we have developed and have been made possible by the creativity of a world renowned fantasy
sculptor. Cast in pewter then oxidize and polish, or 105 t and prime and paint them.

#SR315 WIZARD (4” H, 9oz. In Pewter) A classical wizard
that can hold a 10MM crystal ball in his left hand. In addition
1.25MM crystals can be placed in his cap and robe.

figure, she can hold a 10MM crystal ball in her right hand.

hands on ruler with a dynamic pose. His look is truly lionlike, his build is powerful, his expression is one of a careworn, compassionate, but angry king. He can receive (6)
1.25MM flat black crystals located on his crown, shoulders,
and beast plate. A 3.1MM crystal can be placed on his belt
buckle.

these easily cast miniatures are exceptional and very little clean up of the figures is required. You must cast and see

PROFITABLE HOME BUSINESS??
Without investing a lot of money you could generate nice profits by casting your own lead-free pewter
figures.
We do not charge a license fee for molds or the products that you may sell. Generally if the mold produces a
54mm figure (about 2 1/4" tall) the mold sells for $16.00. There are some exceptions to this price if the
tooling had cost us additional dollars.
My suggestions for the best selling castings are:
A complete set Chess Figures such as the King Richards Set (Item #6S6) or the Medieval Chess Set
(item #6S24). Other sets are also available.
Individual castings of some Fantasy molds such as the Wizards from #SR339 or SR86, Evil Queen #SR335 or
Sorceress SR85, and the Unicorn Horse from #SR93.
Assembled dioramas such as figures from SR328A, SR328B & SR328C.
I have made the above suggestions since you can produce them in pewter (#PS1), patina them in our Oxidizing
Bath #PS11, and polish them with the 4/0 Steel Wool (#PS15) for a beautiful pewter finish.
By completing the figures in this manner it enables you to complete the castings without the need to paint
them. Painting is very time consuming and if you are not extremely good at it, it lessens the chance of selling
the product. It also reduces your cost by not having to purchase, paints and brushes.
However, here's an idea for you to create an interesting, easy and attractive way to paint a chess set: Spray
one side white with our White Primer (#M109) and the opposing side with the Black Primer (#M110. These
primers give good coverage and are very effective for a nice chess set.
If you desire to paint some individual figures, Medieval Knights and Horses along with some Civil War and
Americana (Cowboys & Indians) and U.S. Army figures would be good, but the time invested in painting probably would not be worth while.
