All exhibitors are responsible for the
security of their property at all times.
Neither Glazier Clinics nor hotel assumes
any responsibility. All property of the
exhibitor shall be deemed to be under
his/her custody and control in transit to,
from and/or within the confines of the
exhibit hall. Exhibitors are advised to carry

Any booth cancellation refunds will be less

at the Glazier Clinics.
All exhibitors are responsible for the
security of their property at all times.
Neither Glazier Clinics nor hotel assumes
any responsibility. All property of the
exhibitor shall be deemed to be under
his/her custody and control in transit to,
from and/or within the confines of the
exhibit hall. Exhibitors are advised to carry

or connected with the transportation,
placing, removal, custody or display
of exhibits.
Any booth cancellation refunds will be less

2010. After January 1, 2011, no refunds
will be given. The exhibitor is responsible
for any attorney fees and litigation costs
incurred by Glazier Clinics to collect booth
