Floor Hours
The Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel is located in the
heart of the city. Washington, D.C. is a prime Northeast location for
the industry, and the city was rated #6 on Cvent's 2015 Top 50 Meeting
Destinations in the United States. While visiting the nation’s capital
you can explore the Lincoln Memorial, Smithsonian Museums, White
House, Capitol Hill, and much more. Our workshops, sessions, and
nightly activities will be held at The Renaissance in its state-of-the art
meeting space and banquet facilities.
The Walter E. Washington Convention Center is located directly across
the street from the Renaissance and features nearly 115,000 square
feet of space for our Exhibitors. The Show Floor will be the location
of a sneak peek reception on Sunday night, appetizers and stations on
Monday, lunch on Tuesday, and micro-sessions and workshops.
Prior to the show floor opening each day, we will be holding our largest
and most well-attended events such as our Keynote, State of the
Industry, Operating Mentoring Program, and Affiliate Central at the
convention center. This will guarantee a packed show floor daily.

All-around fantastic show! Great locations, seminars, and
net­working. The highlights for me were the keynote speaker —
Terry Jones was sensational and motivating! We had a table at
Affiliate Central and were able to touch base with so many companies.
The show floor: What a great lineup of vehicles and products! We even
bought two Mercedes-Benz Sprinters from McSweeney Designs to add
to our fleet. The final banquet was awesome, as so much was raised for
charity. It’s always great to give back and help support great causes.”

Exhibiting at a new venue is always a scary proposition. As a
professional vehicle dealer based in the Northeast, I was worried about how many attendees would follow the CD Show to Miami.
But my fears were for naught! Not only did I see many of my clients,
I met many new contacts from my region as well as the rest of the
country. The only “bad” comments that I heard from attendees were
that they were exhausted from all of the seminars, networking, and

This application becomes valid only after being signed by Exhibitor and Chauffeur Driven Show. Booth/vehicle spaces will be assigned
upon receipt of your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate all space requests. All space assignments are based on availability.

The amount enclosed will be used as a deposit to reserve
booth/vehicle space. Any exhibitor signing this contract
is not permitted to sublet their space unless they receive
written approval from Chauffeur Driven. Contracted exhibitor passes are limited to staff and dealers; and cannot be given to operators. The deposit is non-refundable
and must be a minimum of 1/3 of total cost for booth/
vehicle space and remitted with contract to secure
floor space by January 22, 2016. Exhibitor agrees to
remit balance due in two equal payments: the first no
later than June 22, 2016 and the second no later than
June 24, 2016. Any Exhibitor not paid in full by June 24,
2016 will f­ orfeit their deposit (and any and all payments
made) and booth/vehicle space without recourse to the
Chauffeur Driven Trade Show. Exhibitor further agrees
to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this
Trade Agreement between their firm (Exhibitor) and the
Chauffeur Driven Trade Show, which reserves the right to
reject any application. I, the undersigned, hereby authorize the Chauffeur Driven Trade Show to charge the listed
credit card account, if applicable, the amount indicated
on my Chauffeur Driven Trade Show contract, and that I
will, in good faith, make good on the contracted amounts
and charges. I, the undersigned, do hereby personally
guarantee payment of the full contracted amount in the
event of non-payment without just cause by the above
named company, and authorize the use of any credit
card provided on this agreement, if applicable, to pay any
and all monies owed to the Chauffeur Driven Trade Show.
Otherwise, I will be personally responsible for the balance
owed. All sales and other transactions between Buyer
and Seller shall be governed by the laws of the State of
New Jersey and Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of the
New Jersey Courts, County of Burlington. All legal fees
associated with the collection of this debt become the
responsibility of the Buyer.
