When Junkyard Wars wanted to do a paintball tank

This document is a contract agreement between PaintBall.com, Inc., located at 4804 Center Street, Suite D,

Tacoma, WA 98409; hereinafter known as the “Contractor,” and _____________________________________

party provides 30 days notice of termination of the advertising contract.
All advertisements are accepted and placed by Contractor on the representation that the Advertiser and/or
Advertiser’s agent is authorized to place the subject matter and contents of the advertisement. The Advertiser
and/or Advertiser’s agent agrees, by placement of an ad, that Advertiser will conform to all applicable laws and
regulations and all terms set forth herein.
Contractor reserves the right to reject all advertising that Contractor, at its discretion, considers objectionable,
inappropriate, misleading, sexually explicit, not in the viewer’s best interests, incompatible with Contractor,
disparaging of other Advertisers, directly or indirectly, or contrary to applicable laws and regulations. Prices
for paintball equipment or supplies are not allowed in any advertisements on Contractor’s website.
Contractor will publish a logo advertisement in the upper-right hand area of the “Home Page & Every
Page” of the Contractor’s website for the term of this contract (the “First Tier Logo Advertisement”). The
Contractor will also place a product review of an item selected by the Advertiser once every two months on the
Contractor’s website.
Advertiser will provide a web-ready and properly sized advertisement as soon as possible to fit the technical requirements of Contractor. Advertisements must be 133 by 40 pixels and 3.0 K or less. Advertiser will
provide Contractor with a rebate of $__________ (the “Product Rebate”) per month at wholesale cost, or the
cash value of $__________. The Product Rebate will be deducted from Advertiser invoices payable by the
Contractor.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Contractor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to claims for violation of
the rights of any person or entity, including any claim for attorneys’ fees, made by any person, entity, or third
party which is due to, caused by, or arises out of any and all advertising or Advertiser that is placed on, posted
to, or transmitted through Contractor’s website and/or that is placed on, posted to, or transmitted through
Advertiser’s connection to the Contractor’s website.
The parties agree to accept a signature received by facsimile transmission.

Places to Buy Advertising Contract

invoice will include a $500.00 deposit payment on the advertising for that month and the remaining amount of
any additional advertising clicks from the previous month. All invoices are payable upon receipt. If payment
is not received by the 15th of the month, this contract may be cancelled at the Contractor’s discretion, and all
advertising for the Advertiser may be removed from the website.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Contractor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to claims for violation of
