Advertiser will provide Contractor with a rebate of $__________ (the “Product Rebate”) per month at wholesale cost, or the cash value of $__________. The Product Rebate will be deducted from Advertiser invoices payable by the Contractor. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, this contract may be cancelled at the Contractor’s discretion, and all advertising for the Advertiser may be removed from the website.
