Boka, the first of BRG’s restaurants, has a rich culinary
tradition over its 10 years in Chicago. With 4 consecutive
Michelin Stars, a Food & Wine's Best New Chef and Pastry
Chef already under its belt, Boka continues to evolve with
new Chef/Partner Lee Wolen. Boka has gone through an
extensive redesign with acclaimed design group Simeone
Deary.
The glass enclosed terrace may be reserved fully private
with a three to five course tasting menu from Chef Wolen’s
contemporary American cuisine. Full buyouts may also be
accommodated throughout the terrace, main dining room
and front room.

Balena is the first collaboration of Boka Restaurant Group
and B. Hospitality Group. The 10,000 square foot space
seats 150 people in the dining room and 35 in the private
Wine Cellar. The shared plate style menu consists of
starters, pastas, pizzas, and main dishes from the
hardwood grill.
With a private bar, Balena’s Wine Cellar offers plenty of
space to gather. The fully-functional dining room framed by
distressed brick archways gives a distinctive view into
Balena’s Italian wine-closet. For larger groups, Balena’s
Upstage area, as well as full buyouts, are available.

Girl & the Goat is the brainchild and culinary home of
Stephanie Izard, winner of Top Chef Season 4. The
"Underground Goat" opened on December 1, 2010 and has
been catering to a wide variety of special events from
business meetings to engagements and everything in
between ever since.
The Underground Goat is not your typical private dining
space. Guests will be led downstairs, through the
restaurant and into the "staff only" halls of the Goat. Once
you've arrived, you'll find a cozy and candle lit room that
echoes the casual, rustic atmosphere of the main dining
room.

Lile Goat Diner is the lile sister of Girl & the Goat with
Chef/Partner Stephanie Izard at the helm. The main dining
room is a modern take on a classic diner complete with a
full length counter looking into the kitchen.
Located on the second floor, Lile Goat Kitchen provides a
multi-functional space for private events. This space
includes an open kitchen, inside bar, and a gorgeous
rooop terrace with views of the city. The dining room can
accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated meal and up to
75 guests for a reception-style event. Lile Goat Kitchen
may also be used to host interactive cooking classes, as
well as daytime meetings and events.

The shareable seafood-focused menu by Giuseppe Tentori
combines a mix of modern and traditional dishes. The
space is chic and comfortable – part James Bond’s yacht,
part New England coage – and was created by renowned
designers 555 International.
The Whale Room features a completely private seing
perfect for any occasion, and large groups are welcome to
in the main space for partial or full restaurant buyouts.

Perennial Virant is the home of acclaimed Chef Paul
Virant. Chef Virant's restaurants are built upon his guiding
philosophy of making the ingredients – their origin,
production and quality – the full focus of his culinary
approach. Embracing the Midwestern seasons and utilizing
methods of preservation, guests are always able to expect
a menu that showcases local flavors and ingredients in
abundance.
Perennial’s Private Lounge features windows overlooking
Lincoln Park and seats up to 32 guests for breakfast,
brunch, lunch, or dinner.

Siing proudly above the Hotel Lincoln, the J. Parker offers
the most spectacular views in all of Chicago. With
unobstructed water and skyline views, signature cocktails,
and seasonal cuisine by Chef Paul Virant, it’s sure to be a

In 2015, a fully retractable, winterized glass atrium was
installed, offering Chicago’s best views year round.
The J. Parker offers group reservations for parties of 8 - 65
guests, outdoor/Atrium buyouts as well as full buyouts.

Momotaro, named Esquire Magazine’s Best New
Restaurant, is a multi-dimensional Japanese restaurant
located in the West Loop. Chef Mark Hellyar oversees the
Japanese seasonal kitchen. Momotaro, designed by the
world renowned Avro|KO, also contains a subterranean
Izakaya and an elegant second floor private space that
overlooks the main dining room.

Located in the heart of the Fulton Market District, Swi &
Sons is set to become the premier dining destination in the
West Loop. This multi-level floor plan includes an oyster
bar, upper and lower level Tavern, an elevated main dining
room as well as two private dining rooms with adjacent
private bar. World-renowned design firm AvroKO has
created a space indicative of a classic Chicago style steak
house updated with modern finishes and décor.
The space offers a multitude of options for private events
including a butcher’s table, private dining room, Cold
Storage as well as full buyouts.

Located at 1000 W. Fulton Market and aached to Swi &
Sons, this “restaurant within a restaurant” offers a casual
seafood menu from Executive Chef Chris Pandel. Named
for the original Fulton Market Cold Storage that stood in
the location previously, the space features industrial
concrete walls and high ceilings. The decor is in sync with a
traditional oyster bar; the marble top tables and bar make
the space ideal for a reception style event for up to 60
guests.
