4.1 GENERAL INFORMATION OF HALL CONSTRUCTION

b. Floor Loading: 5 ton /sqm, on cases of exhibits come with vibrating mechanic mechanism; loading
capacity of floors will be calculated by reducing 50% of the original loading capacity.
c. Exhibits Loading Access: 2 fixed aisles in the north side, 6M(W)×4M(H)
d. Booth Height Restriction: 6 M for special decoration, 2.5M for standard booth
e. Electrical Supply: 380V for power supply, 220V for lighting, Central air supply, 50HZ
f. Fire Control System: Fume alarm, automatic sprinkling, fire extinguisher
g. Security System: Central supervision system, sensor
h. Exhibits Transportation: Freighter entrance to downtown (parking area) is prohibited during
07:00-22:00

4.2 REGULATIONS
a. The loading and unloading is only allowed in the loading area during the move-in and move-out.
b. Any arrived articles are not accepted by the exhibition hall. Exhibitors should take responsibility
by themselves.
c. Exhibitors should not set up or place any item in the area with fireproofing and public facilities.
d. Exhibitors cannot take any articles out of the exhibition hall without the pass issued by Security
Department or the organizer, who will let pass after check.
e. Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall.
f. Photographing is not allowed in the exhibition hall without the permission of the organizer.
g. All of the personnel have to enter the exhibition hall with badges issued by the organizer during
move-in, move-out, and opening hours.
h. Exhibitors should take good care of personal items and purchase Property Insurance and
Insurance Against Theft for exhibits. The organizer will not be responsible for the claim of
damage/theft of properties during the opening hours according to the international exhibition
convention.
i.
The contractors have to submit following fee to the exhibition hall:
※Deposit for Raw Space: RMB 2,000 (under 100m2). /Special Decoration: RMB 5,000/exhibitor
(100~300m2), RMB 10,000/exhibitor (over 300m2). (it will be returned after confirming there is
no damage and the materials had been removed during move-out)
※Management Fee for Special Decoration: RMB 90/ booth/ 9 sqm
※Testing Fee for Electricity of Special Decoration: RMB 300/ exhibitor

j. Exhibitors who require special decoration and construction of their booths please submit the
following documents to the promoter before deadline:
(1) A copy of business license
(2) Construction layout, rendering, circuit diagram, direction of materials using

(3) “Contractor Agreement” with official seal
(4) Pay the management fee for special decoration, the fee of badges, and deposit of garbage
disposal after approving.
(5) Construction is allowed with the Construction Pass.
(6) According to the construction regulation, all personnel should wear helmet during move-in
and move-out.

4.3 HALL LOCATION AND TRAFFIC GUIDE

5. RULES AND REGULATIONS
The rules and regulations listed below are designed for the protection of all exhibitors. Exhibitors and
contractors must observe the rules and regulations of this exhibitor manual and the application forms.
5.1 DEFAULTS IN OCCUPANCY
Any exhibitor who is failing to occupy leasing booth will not be able to cancel the contract or get
refund. The installation of all display systems, equipment and products must be completed before
May 17 at 15:00. Unoccupied area may be repossessed by the organizer for the purpose to maintain a
tidy exhibition hall as it may see fit. Failure to notify the organizer of cancellation in advance will
cause exhibitor to lose priority for rental of booth in other exhibitions.
5.2 RESELLING/SUBLEASE OF SPACE
The exhibitors may not assign, sublet or resell their booth in whole or in part.
5.3 LIABILITIES FOR EXHIBITORS
The exhibitors should completely compensate for damage to the facilities or neighboring exhibits
caused by booth construction. The exhibitors may not apply paint, adhesives, or other coatings to
walls, pillars or floors in the exhibition hall. In the event any part of the exhibition hall is destroyed or
damaged so that an exhibitor is not able to use assigned booth during any part or the whole
exhibition period, or in the occupation of assigned space during any part or the whole exhibition
period is cancelled by strike, acts of nature, or other cause beyond the control of the organizer, the
related liabilities are inculpated to the exhibitor who should be in charge.
5.4 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF DISPLAYED MACHINERIES
a. Exhibitors should install and position all display equipment securely and in proper locations that
will not cause disturbance and dangerous to all people on the aisle.
b. Ensure that pollutions of toxic fumes, exhaust, dust, or other mephitic/irritant fume, and organic
chemical dissolvent with volatility caused by demonstrating products are not released. Prior
approval from the organizer must be obtained for such purpose. The exhibitors for such
exhibitions must prepare their own pollution disposal equipment to solve the problem in
exhibition and not allowed to disturb neighboring booths and other exhibitions in the exhibition
hall.
c. Gas in cylinders and welding demonstrations are not allowed.
d. In order to prevent the equipment to be too close to the aisles, we suggest exhibitors to install
the equipment inwards from inside edge of booth for more than 30cm.
5.5 AREA OF DEMONSTRATIONS
a. Exhibitors should not cause obstruction of aisles or passages of neighboring booths.
b. The use of employees, demonstrators, gimmicks, mimes, magicians, robots, etc. in the aisles is
prohibited at all times. Products or demonstrations must be placed inside the booth boundaries
and must not block the aisles.
c. In addition to the activities held by the organizer, exhibitors are not allowed to hold billboard or

signs as demonstrations walking in the show ground.
5.6 FLOOR LOADING
Floor loading of exhibition hall is 5 ton/sqm, please notify the executer in advance if the machinery
weight exceed this limit.
5.7 BADGE MANAGEMENT
Exhibitors with the badge are allowed to enter the exhibition hall at 8:30AM to setup the booth and
leave in 30 minutes (17:30) later after the end of the show time during May 18-20. Exhibitors should
apply to the organizer in advance if they need to enter/stay in the exhibition hall out of the opening
hours. Exhibitors assisting unauthorized staff to enter the exhibition hall or their badges are faked up,
changed, misused will cause for expelling the exhibitors and their staffs from the exhibition, or
banning them from re-entry into the exhibition hall. This may also cause the removal of the
exhibitor’s booth without obligation on the organizer for refund of any fees. The exhibitors, their
staffs, representatives, and anyone claiming to enter the exhibition hall through the exhibitors should
be responsible for any losses caused and waive any right to claim from the organizer.
5.8 SOUND LEVEL
Sound level of exhibits display and demonstrations must not exceed 85 decibel. The organizer
reserves the rights to restrict or switch off the light/audio display that causes complaints. The
organizer’s decision would be the final one if such a dispute arises.
5.9 PROHIBITED GASES
The use of industrial gas of a toxic or inflammable nature for demonstration will not be permitted in
the exhibition hall.
5.10 FIRE PRECAUTION
a. Any one on seeing an outbreak of fire, however slight, must start the alarm system immediately
and put out the fire by the distinguisher, and remove all items in that vicinity. Exhibitors must
make arrangements at their own expense for the provision of such equipment because the
nature of their exhibits requires a special type of fire distinguisher.
b. Please use the fireproof materials as the priority for booth decoration.
c. No packing materials or catalogues may be stored behind the walls of booths or any other public
areas without prior approval from the organizer or executer.
d. All decoration contractors must clearly understand the fire precaution area of the booth. The
decoration materials are not allowed to cover or block the entrance of fire precaution or utilities.
The exhibitors and contractors are responsible for all legal liabilities and claims if any damage
caused by violating the regulations.
e. For the concern of fire control, the aisle must not be blocked.

5.11 PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOTAPING
Photography of any exhibits and displayed equipment is strictly prohibited without prior specific
approval from exhibitors. Exhibitors have the right to request any such person to break off
photography. Audio tape recording in the show ground or conference rooms is prohibited. Only the
organizer’s official photographer and the press are allowed to take photo and make audio/video
recording.
5.12 BOOTH CLEANING
The organizer will arrange for daily general clearance of the exhibition hall and booths before the
exhibition opening and closing. It excludes clearance of exhibits and displays. Exhibitors are
responsible for maintaining their own booth in a tidy condition at all times.
5.13 REMOVAL OF WASTE
a. During the Move-in and Move-out period, the aisles must not be obstructed with parking or
packing materials and waste. The waste from construction and packing materials must be cleaned
day by day. At the end of Move-out date, exhibitors must clean and remove from the site all
packing materials, waste, and tapes on the floor. The organizer will rent trucks and hire labors to
remove the waste overtime at exhibitors and contractors expense.
b. All exhibitors have to clean the construction materials by themselves or through its constructors
after the exhibition. Otherwise the organizer will charge the exhibitors for double cleaning fees
and include them in the infringement list.
5.14 RULE AND REGULATIONS DURING SHOW TIME
a. All exhibition booths must be fully staffed and operational throughout the opening hours of the
exhibition. All activities of exhibitors and his staff must be confined to the individual booth.
b. Exhibitors must enter the exhibition hall with badges to assure the safety and order of the
exhibition.
c. The broadcast device must be toward in the booth in case of disturbing neighboring booth.
d. The company name and booth number should be indicated visibly in exhibitor’s booth during
exhibition period.
e. Exhibitors should purchase property, fire, theft, flood and public responsibility coverage on
exhibitor’s exhibits and decoration materials. Exhibitors must take their own liability on all the
damages of people and property during the exhibition time (including move-in and move-out).
f. Counterfeit is prohibited in this show.
5.15 COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE
Exhibitors or contractors cause damage on facilities at the exhibition hall should take all responsibility
for the claim.

5.16 IRRESISTIBLE FACTORS
If the exhibition was delayed, shortened, extended or canceled due to an irresistible factor such as a
strike, natural disasters, epidemics, earthquake, typhoon, flood, Haze, etc., the organizer will not be
responsible for any other claim.
5.17 ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES
In the event of any problems or disputes on site, the decision of the organizer will be the final one.
The organizer also reserves the right to amend any earlier decision made in order to meet and satisfy
any unforeseen or prevailing circumstance for the benefit of all exhibitors.
5.18 SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed in the show ground, conference rooms or public lobby areas.
5.19 AGE LIMIT OF VISITOR
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the exhibition for safety.
5.20 PRIZE DRAWINGS/RAFFLES
Public drawings can only be conducted if held within the confines of exhibitor’s booth.
5.21 THEFT/DAMAGES
a. Report theft or damages immediately to the security, show management and police office in the
district.
b. While show management will exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your property, neither
show Management, the facility, the security contractor, and the general contractor, nor any of
their officers, agents or employees assumes any responsibility for such property. Exhibitors
should therefore include or have a ride attached to their insurance policies covering the shipment
of merchandise to the exposition, the exposition period, and return off.
c. Exhibitors should purchase Property Insurance and Insurance Against Theft during exhibit hours
(including Move-in and Move-out). The organizer will not be responsible for the claim of
damage/theft of properties during the opening hours according to the international exhibition
convention.
5.22 GENERAL SECURITY
The organizer will provide general security during Move-in, Move-out and dismantling period after
the exhibition, but not be responsible for the damage or loss of anything caused by any reason.
Exhibitors are responsible for the security of the exhibits. Please remember that theft (especially
handbags and Notebooks) always happens during Move-in period and cleaning period after the
exhibition. Please make sure there is staff at the booth during these periods at all times.
5.23 AMENDMENTS/GENERAL SUPERVISION
All exhibit matters and questions not covered by these rules and regulations are subject to the
decision of the organizer. These rules and regulations may be amended at any time by the organizer.
All parties are equally affected by the original rules and regulations and amendments. In the event of
any amendment or addition to these rules and regulations, written notice will be given by the
organizer to such exhibitors as maybe affected thereby. If there is any specific thing not included in
these rules and regulations, it will follow the related law and regulations of Suzhou International
Expo Center.

5.24 LAW
The organizer reserves the right to explain all the regulations.
5.25 SECURITY MANAGEMENT RULES OF GROUP ACTIVITIES
According to ROC State Council Rules No. 505 GROUP ACTIVITIES SECURITY MANAGEMENT RULES
executed since October.1, 2007, Suzhou public security bureau dictates the following measures
should be observed in relative exhibition and activities:

All exhibitors of special decoration booth should test on the electrical security and require that
the testing department submit the electrical security report to the public security department.
Exhibitors or contractors should pay the charge for testing: RMB 300/per special decoration
(electrical testing fee)

Each exhibitor of special decoration booth will need to provide itself at least two fire
extinguishers or rent it from the “One stop service center”.
5.26 ADHERENCE TO COPYRIGHT PATENT LAWS
a. The display of products which infringe others’ intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
b. To safeguard intellectual property rights, it is strictly forbidden to display products infringing the
patent rights, trademarks, copyrights, and business secrets of others. Any exhibitor found their
products to be infringed by others may proceed to Suzhou Industrial Park for complaint issue.

6. REGULATIONS BOOTH CONSTRUCTION
6.1 REGULATIONS OF BOOTH CONSTRUCTION
a. The nominated booth contractors should inform the organizer. Exhibitors are advised to submit
and notify their contractors to fill in Form1-CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT, Form2- SPECIAL BOOTH
PARTITION WALL CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT and Form3-BOOTH CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONAL
EQUIPMENT APPLICATION, and fax these forms with exhibitors’ stamp to the assigned contactor
before the due date.
b. Below are the partition wall restrictions for each booth type:
1. Four sides(Island) and three sides(Head):
‧ Square booth: The length of partition walls next to aisle must not exceed the 50% of the
booth dimension’s single side.
‧ Non-Square booth:The length of the longer side of partition walls next to aisle must not
exceed 2/3 of the booth dimension’s single side; The shorter side shall follow the regulation
for square booth.
‧ If the booth is required to construct a single full length wall, at least 50% of the wall area
needs to be unconcealed.
2. Exhibitors agree to abide by above regulations should inform contractor to submit this
agreement and the construction booth layout no later than April 12. A deposit of RMB 500
should be submitted, and will be returned if no violations occur. Contractors will not be able to
construct booth decoration without the agreement, construction booth layout and deposit.
c. Exhibitors should inform contractors about the rules of booth construction and ensure they will
observe the following regulations: contractors have to comply with the move-in and move-out
time. The overtime charge involved for the delay would be very costly and must be paid by
exhibitors and their constructors concerned.
d. All the vehicles are prohibited to enter the exhibition hall (except the organizer-assigned fork lift).
Permitted vehicles should wait in the area for truck and unload in the unloading area.
e. For additional design by official contractors and additional furniture rental, please fill in Form3BOOTH CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT APPLICATION and return before due date.
Please refer to APPENDIX ΙΙ ADDITIONAL RENTAL SERVICE ILLUSTRATION.
f. Based on the regulation of the exhibition hall, contractors should submit below documents for
entering the site.(Required documents for move-in)
1. A copy of business license
2. Construction layout, rendering, circuit diagram, direction of materials using
3. “Contractor Agreement” with official seal
4. Please refer to 4.2.i for deposit. (Page 6)
5. The staff must wear provisional badge for entering the site (RMB 10/each)
g. Company name and booth number should be displayed on the booth fascia or other visible place.
h. The ground of the exhibition hall is constructed with cement, limit height for booth construction
is 6 meters.
i. The front/back and left/right side within line of vision of any advertising banner and logo of

products over 2.5 meters should be painted as white color or decorated with cloth strips.
j. The partitions facing hallway of between booths, back walls, and the back-end of banners must
be embellished and coordinate with neighboring exhibitors before construction. Violators will not
have electricity supply from the organizer.
k. Exhibitors who use the partitions of neighboring exhibitors without embellishing will be
prohibited to exhibit.
l. All wooden decoration should be constructed and completed before shipping to and assembling
in the Exhibition Hall. Electronic saws and spray paint are not allowed in the Exhibition Hall in
order to prevent noise and pollution.
6.2 WATER, ELECTRICITY AND AIR COMPRESSOR APPLICATION
a. All the works of water supply, electricity and air compressor must be done by the assigned
contractor ZION’X.
b. Each electrical supply is provided for one equipment or machine on display. Overloading may
result in power interruption. It will take hours to repair and cause inconvenience to other
exhibitors.
c. Exhibitors who require lighting electricity (220V), equipment electricity (380V), special electricity,
water drainage, and air compressor please fill out Form4-WATER, ELECTRICITY, AIR, TELEPHONE,
INTERNET APPLICATION along with Form5-WIRES/PIPES LAYOUT and return by the due date.
d. Exhibitors should apply for additional lighting equipment with electric case from the assigned
contractor. The exhibits of 220V electricity can’t be plugged in the socket directly. Water drainage
includes valve but not faucet.
e. If contractors require provisional electricity (220V/10A) during set-up, please apply in the move-in
period.
f. The power supply will be available at 12:00 on May 17 (depends on the decoration progress) and
be shut down at 17:00.
g. Exhibitors should install constant voltage regulators or Uninterrupted Power System for the
security of special exhibits.
h. Construction on any dynamic power source will only take once (namely the power distribution
is only to the power box on the booth). Exhibitors should set on their own power distribution
from the power box to the machinery.
i. The air supply will be provided by the exhibition hall. If exhibitors have special request on the
air humidity, please prepare relative equipment.
※ Due to the increase in prices in China market, the organizer will raise 3-5% of water/electricity
price in 2017
6.3 DOUBLE BOOTH CONSTRUCTION
a. Booth area exceeds 72 sqm would be allowed to apply for double booth construction.
b. Space of the second floor could only be for the trading and business communication, but not for
storing, showroom, seminars or conferences.
c. Exhibitors who apply for double booth must submit the layout (including plane and three-D) to
the executer and the exhibition hall for approval by April 12, and request to the executer for
regulations of double booth construction. The layout, structural drawing and the structural

calculation (including the load of second floor) should be signed by licensed architect or relative
professionals. The architect should also be on-site to supervise the construction. Above
documents must be placed on the booth for the organizer, executer and the exhibition hall to
refer.
d. Exhibitors who apply for double booth construction should submit below documents to the
executer by mail or fax:
1. Form6- DOUBLE BOOTH CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION/AGREEMENT
2. Form7- DOUBLE BOOTH CONSTRUCTION (ARCHITECT) AGREEMENT
3. Each of the layout, structural drawing and the structural calculation (including the load of
second floor) signed by licensed architect or relative professionals, the layout must include
plane, vertical graph and lateral vertical graph.
4. Each of the professional licenses of architect or relative professionals, operation license copy,
and copy of related member certificate of the operating time.
5. Copy of insurance policy on accident and third responsibility (RMB 500,000 coverage on each
person each accident), the insurance period is 00:00AM on May 15 to 24:00 PM on May 21.
e. Construction for double booth will be charged additional fee calculated on 50﹪of the total booth
rental. Exhibitor must remit the payment before April 30 to the executer, otherwise will not be
allowed to do construction.
f. The architect or relative engineers are responsible for the supervision and construction.
g. The height limit of double booth is 6 meters; there should be a wall around the second floor for
safety. The adjacent wall should be constructed 1 meter inside the original area and well
decorated. The organizer reserves the right to request the violators to pay the entire wall
decoration fee.
h. The booth side face the aisle should be constructed 1 meter inside the original area.
i. The whole area of the second floor must not exceed 70% of the ground area and must not exceed
100 sqm.
j. The booth construction must not destroy the devices in the exhibition hall and must not seal the
fire precaution facilities, water pipes, and electricity wires. Violators will be forced to dismentled
the decoration by the organizer.
k. All the matters not covered by these rules may be amended or explained by the organizer and the
exhibition hall.
6.4 DETAILS OF BOOTH DECORATION
a. No nails or power drill are allowed to fastened exhibits on the floor. Exhibitors and contractors
will be responsible for the fee of violating regulations.
b. No objects should be hung from the ceilings or pipes, no posters or other promotional materials
may be posted on walls or pillars unless prior approval has been received from the organizer and
related fee has been paid.
c. Each booth must have laying carpet or proper arrangements
d. Each booth must have its own back wall except island booths. The organizer reserves the rights to
request for changing, amending, or shorten the back walls if any back wall blocks the reasonable
line of vision of the other booths.

e. If the height of back wall is higher than neighboring booths’, the excess part beyond line of vision
must be painted as white and the neighboring booths reserve the rights to use the excess back
wall.
f. Exhibitors are not allowed to display their company names or logo on the back wall or side wall of
the neighboring booths. Any raising structure or banner with company names, logo, or art design
must keep distance with neighboring booths for at least 1.5 meters.
g. The booth set up, exhibits, and decorations (including banners, flags, potted plant, carpet, spot
lights) are not allowed to excess the baseline of ground of the booth and around the booth except
prior approval from organizer has been given.
h. Exhibitors and contractors must inform or consult appointed electricity contractors. If exhibitors
and contractors fail to do so, the organizer and appointed electricity contractors will not be
responsible for the losses and claims.
i. The contractors must clean the booth after setting up the booth and hand over to the exhibitors.
The appointed cleaning contractor is responsible for cleaning the carpet on the hallway only.
j. Suspension is prohibited in the exhibition hall, exhibitors should consider the safety of
construction
6.5 BOOTH CONTRACTOR ASSIGNED BY EXHIBITORS
a. If exhibitors choose to engage such a booth contractor other than the official contractor, they
have to ensure the conduct and behavior of their appointed contractor, proper schedule of works,
and observance of the regulations.
b. Based on the regulation of Suzhou International Expo Center, contractors should submit deposit
refer to 4.2.i (Page 6) (which will be returned when move-out), RMB 90/per booth (RMB10/sqm)
as the special decoration management fee, electricity testing fee for special decoration RMB
300/per booth, and RMB 10 for per working pass.
c. All the contractors have to strictly observe the regulations of the organizer and Suzhou Expo
Center.
6.6 REGULATIONS OF DISMANTLING
a. All construction waste and packing materials must be cleaned up and not allowed to be placed on
the hallway or block traffic and cause danger.
b. It is strictly prohibited to dump remaining paint into sink or toilet in the restrooms. The organizer
will charge the borrower, exhibitors, and contractors of cleaning fee if any violation occurred.
c. Exhibitors and decoration contractors are responsible for cleaning the waste occurred overtime at
their expense.
6.7 VIOLATION
The organizer reserves the right of refusing to return the booth deposit to exhibitors or contactors
who violated above regulations.

7. STANDARD BOOTH
7.1 RENTAL OF STANDARD BOOTH
The official contractors (ZION’X) are responsible for all the design, construction and fixing of the
standard booth. For avoiding from causing any unnecessary loss, exhibitors who need additional
furniture are advised to inquire at the information counter. ZION’X will NOT take the initiative in
asking if exhibitors need additional furniture. Please DO NOT rent any furniture from anyone at the
booth. They will offer different design and devices based on the amount of exhibiting booth. The
organizers reserve the right to modify the offering devices before the opening of the show.
All the exhibitors are advised to fill in the fascia information and return to the assigned contractor
before April 12, 2016. If the contactor have not received the form by due date, the fascia information
will be the one in the application form.
Exhibitors must not change the booth construction or dismantle any part of the booth. Exhibitors
who have special need such as increase/decrease devices, modify device locations should notify the
assigned contractor before April 30, 2016. The assigned contractor will assume exhibitor accept the
original booth layout if not received any request on modifying the devices by the due date. All of the
unused equipment is not refundable.
7.2 REGULATIONS
a. Devices or other additional equipment not offered by the organizer are not allowed to attach on
the vertical display flat.
b. Neither the exhibits nor the decorations should exceed the display limits, including the floor
horizon and vertical areas.
c. All the devices and decorations must not exceed 2.5 meter or the limits of assigned display,
including the floor horizon and vertical areas. These devices include the exhibits, fascia offered by
exhibitors, promotion materials and signs.
7.3 ADDITIONAL DEVICES
Exhibitors who need additional devices (such as telephone, furniture and video equipment) should
contact the assigned contractor (ZION’X). Please fill in Form3 and return to ZION’X before April 12,
2016. Such applications are involved with the payment of deposit and applications later than the
deadline will be surcharged the additional fee.

Shipment re-exported from Shanghai port/airport may take at least 21 days of Customs formalities.

All arrival Port/Airport terminal charges will charge per outlay cost plus 10% re-imbursement fee.

The volume / weight ratio for air cargo is 6:1 (i.e. 1 cbm = 166.7 kgs). The chargeable weight is based on the
volume weight or actual weight whichever yields the greater

All cargo must be sent with Freight Prepaid for inward movement. 10% surcharge will be imposed for any
shipment sent with Freight Collect

Tariff prices are based on exhibits delivered to ground floor only, and a 20% surcharge will be levied for
delivery to the upper floor

Unpacked cargo – there will be a 20% surcharge for handling unpacked cargo

Dangerous goods – 100% surcharge for handling dangerous cargo for inbound/outbound.

Please note that our freight charges do not include insurance coverage and all work is undertaken by
Expotransworld at owner’s risk. Exhibitors are suggested to arrange proper round-trip all-risks insurance for
their exhibits (including exhibition period). For routing of shipments, it is advisable to cover insurance both
by air and surface (sea / rail), as there is a possibility of returning exhibits back to the country of origin by
either way. Exhibitors should also bring a copy of the insurance policy to China. It will be useful in case
exhibitors require claiming for damage or loss in China. Please kindly note that Expotransworld Ltd. is only
covered our own liabilities at owner’s risk. For full details, please refer to the standard trading conditions of
Company.

VAT is applicable if invoices are to be paid in mainland China.

It is requested companies requiring assembling or lifting equipment for erection of exhibits (positioning is
included in the basic price) to contact us as soon as possible with details of their requirements. Prices for
hiring equipment will then be quoted subject to availability

9. MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT
9.1 EXHIBITS MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT
a. The organizer will arrange the operation procedures in order to maintain the order during
Move-in and Move-out periods. If you have completed the decoration, please assign staff to stay
at the booth to prevent loss of exhibits. Exhibitors must watch the luxury exhibits and the
organizer should not be responsible for the loss of exhibits.
b. According to the construction regulation, all personnel should wear helmet during move-in and
move-out.
c. All the exhibits must be moved-in before 17:00 on May 17, 2016. All of the storage and packaging
materials must be removed for workers to clean up and set the aisle carpets.
d. All the booth decoration should be finished by 17:00 on May 17, 2016.
e. The exhibition will be ended at 16:30 on May 20, 2016. Exhibitors may start packing at 16:00 and
moved-out the exhibits after 16:30. Exhibitors who want to move-out the hand-lift articles please
proceed to the information counter for article pass which is not required after 16:30. Please do
have staffed in your booth during move-out.
f. The dismantling of special booth will be started at 10:00 on May 21, 2016 (lighting devices could
be dismantled at 16:30 on May 20, 2016), however, the fork lift and other heavy moving machine
are allowed to enter till the carpets have been removed.

a. The move-in time of the transportations will be arranged by the organizer and parked in the
unloading area behind the exhibition hall waiting the fork-lifter to enter the site.
b. Routes of vehicles from outside to inside the exhibition hall should observe the move-in routes as
below map on page 25.
c. Move-in vehicles are divided into - Exhibits-carried vehicles and Decoration-carried vehicles,
please refer to the following progress according to your vehicle type:
※ Exhibits-carried vehicle: One stop service center (behind hall 3A as marked)→Pay the vehicle
deposit→Get vehicle pass→Line up to Enter the site→Unload→Locate
※ Decoration-carried vehicles of contractors: One stop service center (behind hall 3A as

SPECIAL BOOTH PARTITION WALL CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Below are the partition wall restrictions for each booth type:
1. Four sides(Island) and three sides(Head):
‧ Square booth: The length of partition walls next to aisle must not exceed the 50% of the booth
dimension’s single side.
‧ Non-Square booth:The length of the longer side of partition walls next to aisle must not exceed
2/3 of the booth dimension’s single side; The shorter side shall follow the regulation for square
booth.
‧ If the booth is required to construct a single full length wall, at least 50% of the wall area needs to
be unconcealed.
2. Exhibitors agree to abide by above regulations should inform contractor to submit this agreement and
the construction booth layout no later than April 12. A deposit of RMB 500 should be submitted,

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION NOTICE OF
SUZHOU INTENATIONAL EXPO CENTER
BOOTH CONSTRUCTION NOTICE OF SUZHOU INTENATIONAL EXPO CENTER
Booth Construction Notice
1. Exhibitors who require special decoration and construction of their booths, please contact Customer
Service Department in advance. Constructers allowed to enter shall submit the following documents
to Customer Service Department for inspection:
a. A copy of business license
b. Construction drawing, rendering, circuit diagram, direction of materials used
c. Contractor Agreement with official seal
d. Pay the management fee for special decoration, the fee of badges, and deposit of garbage
disposal after approving.
e. Construction is allowed on the basis of Construction Pass.
2. Carry out woodworking such as electric sawing and planning outside the exhibition hall. Basic process
operation of wood materials and oil paint inside the hall is prohibited.
3. It is not allowed to change the standard booths and configured equipment without authorization. No
painting, nailing, and punching on stand partitions, aluminum materials and floors. Forbid climbing
with tables and chairs in the exhibition hall, please self-make climbing tools or rent from the
Customer Service Department.
4. Prior to the opening ceremony, all booths which are constructed by exhibitors should go in for
safety-check organized by the Ministry of Public Security and Fire Protection. All problems checked
out should be resolved prior to the opening ceremony without delay.
5. Chalks which can be cleaned and approved adhesive tapes can be used to mark the booth sites on the
hall floor. Other way of marking on the floor is not allowed. A charge will be made for cleaning the
unauthorized mark at the organizer’s expense.
6. Material used for booth construction must be avoided of flammable materials. And the burning
diffusivity of them is not lower than 2 scale.
7. A minimum distance of 0.6 meters must be kept between any temporarily setting-ups and walls.
Security Management Regulation
To make sure exhibition in good order and avoided of any accidents, according to the relevant rule for
public security, please do as follows:
1. Organizer or contractor of exhibition should abide by “Security Management Measure for Public
Entertainment and Sports” and “Security Management Rule for Fire Protection of Organ, Organization,
Enterprise, and Institution” issued by Public Security. The following procedures are necessary prior to
an exhibition: “Resolution for Permission of Holding Activities” issued by Public Security, “Position
Paper for Agreement of Exhibition Fire Protection” issued by Fire Protection Bureau, and “Registering
Proof of Exhibition” issued by Industry and Commerce Administration Management Department.
2. Carry out safeguard responsibility system. According to the principle "who organizes, who answers
for", organizer (contractor) is responsible for security of exhibition. After construction period, the
organizer, together with the Expo center, Public Security Branch and Fire Protection Bureau, need to
organize a safety and fire protection inspection. Any defect found out during the inspection must be
rectified immediately.
3. Strengthening management of certificates usage. Available certificates with stamp should be made
consolidate by exhibition. Exhibitors and constructors should wear certificates entering exhibition hall
and submit to check of safeguard personnel. The certificates must not be lent and the losing should
be reported to organizer immediately.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall.
5. No person is allowed to bring any flammable items, explosive, petrol, arms and ammunition,

radioactive, toxic, chemical or corrosive substance/devices into the exhibition hall. The “Fire
Protection Regulation of the Expo Center” must be strictly adhered to. Anyone who disobeys will be
punished accordingly.
6. All of exhibition stands, exhibits and ads boards should not occupy fire-fighting passageway, affect fire
protection facilities usage. Exhibits should not be disposed in emergency escape routes or in yellow
line.
7. The decoration of the booths ought to be carried out according to the requirement of Fire Protection
Bureau. All materials used should be fire retardant.
8. The sum total of the power required by all exhibitors should be reported to the Engineering
Department of the Expo Center. Illicit connection of circuitry and extra-usage of electricity is
forbidden. All electricians working in the hall must have job certificates and obey the electricity-safety
supervision of Engineering Department of the Expo Center.
9. The oil in the vehicles’ gasoline tank could not exceed the red line. The machinery and the exhibits
mustn’t exceed the load limits. Facility Department of the Expo Center will check all items when
moving in.
10. The vehicles for loading or unloading are only allowed to move in or out on the time set by organizer.
They are also supposed to park temporarily in designated lot and leave as soon as the unloading or
loading finishes. No vehicles are allowed to stay overnight. Vehicles entering the exhibition area shall
run along the specified routes and park in the designated lot. Vehicles without exhibition pass will be
charged according to regulations and shall obey the instruction and guidance of the traffic managers.
11. The heights of the special design booth can not exceed the permitted height. The ad boards should be
solid enough to meet safety requirements. The outdoor ad boards should possess the anti-elements
ability. The exhibitor and booth constructer have to sign the safety responsibility document.
12. Keep calm in case of abrupt occurrences such as fire and explosions and follow the command of
police and safety guards to evacuate as soon as possible.
Property Management Regulation
Apart from other related regulations stipulated in this service manual, all exhibitors and expo
participants must abide by all following regulations for property management.
1. Property management of the Expo Center is in charge of the supervision and management of related
property managing issues in venue, and the examination of exhibitors and participants’ behavior.
2. The exhibitors who have not gone through related formalities with exhibition organizer, should apply
for all the formalities to organizer, if necessary, they may also go through all the formalities in
one-stop service center of Expo Center. All matters that will have bad effects on venue’s security,
sanitary, surroundings, outlook, usage of exhibition halls, operation of facilities and equipments, must
be brought to the Expo Center for permission in advance.
3. To make sure the normal usage of fireproof rolling doors, stands and exhibits are not allowed to
exceed fireproof sections.
4. Convective heat radiation holes must be left in ad boards, lampstands and light pillars. Fluorescent
lamp ballasts should adopt qualified electronic products.
5. All lights such as spot lights, down lights and quartz lights on booths must be separated from exhibits
and decorations for over 30cm. Terminal boxes are needed to be installed, cables are not allowed to
be exposed.
6. Electric appliances with big powers such as electric kettles, electric pots, electric ovens, and electric
irons are prohibited. If they are truly needed, only allowed to be used upon approval after an

application is submitted. Protection covers must be applied to big power lights.
7. For the safety of expo venue, no additional lighting facilities are allowed to install on those booths
with inflammable exhibits, such as drawn work, paper, silk. Only supplements may be used for these
exhibits.
8. When exhibition is closed, exhibitors themselves must take all chemical exhibits, poisonous and
harmful exhibits, and other exhibits that need special treatments, out of expo venue.
9. Every day when expo venue is closed, and also when an exhibition is closed, all exhibitors should
cooperate with security personnel to do clearance work, such as:
a. Clear flammable objects, kindling materials and other hidden dangers.
b. Shut off booth’s power supply.
c. Take good care of valuable articles.
10. Except for special permission, no packaging containers for articles storage are allowed to remain in
exhibition areas. Other objects that are also not allowed to remain in the exhibition areas are loose
objects and packages, inflammable and explosive composites, rubbish, fluid and other hazardous
articles.
11. For installation of electrical appliances, wire circuit should be connected reliably; ventilation and heat
radiation should be fully considered. The circuit should not be contacted with inflammables directly,
in avoidance of accidents.
12. Outdoor electrical lighting facilities should adopt moisture-proof type. Security measures like
moisture-proof should be taken.
13. The Expo Center is free of duties for any stolen articles that are not given to it for custody.
14. For food and beverage samples dispatched in renting areas, organizer must obtain written approval
issued by related institutes.
15. All food and beverage samples should accord with current standards for health, security and
sanitation; they should also conform to all other regulations of food and health administrations.
16. Objects are prohibited to suspend from arch center, truss and purlin of venue’s steel structure
without permission. Any exhibitor, who has special requirements, should be approved by customer
service department of Expo Center. Suspensions should be fastened to jointed place, in avoidance of
external force be put onto single construction structures like arch rods, middle rods, etc.
17. Any suspension or rope is strictly forbidden to put onto pull pole and pull rod on glass curtain wall,
suspended marble plates, plate joints, and plate back steel structures.
18. Balloons, arch gate and banners etc. ads objects are forbidden to be fastened to trees, fire hydrants,
extension doors, stone stools, gutter covers, sculptures, spring stone plates, outdoor sounds and
flagpoles, etc.
19. When using air-conditioners, exhibitors should assist to close windows and doors in exhibition halls
and meeting halls, make sure the air-conditioners to function well by closing doors behind them, so as
to reduce the waste of power.
20. Painting and coating exhibits for display are not allowed to proceed in the Expo Center. Surface
painting for the purpose of fixing and polishing can be proceeded only after obtaining permission of
Customer Service Department of the Expo Center, necessary safety and protection measures are
needed. Poisonous paintings and coating materials are forbidden to use. Floors must be covered
when painting work is under way. It’s forbidden to wash paints inside and around the expo venue.
21. Only non-residues single side or double sides cloth-background tape are allowed to fasten carpet
and other coverings to cement floor. No adhesives are allowed to use on granite floors and walls.
22. No patterns or promotions with adhesive backs are allowed to stick to any parts of buildings.
23. Exhibitors are forbidden to put up isolations or panels, pile up any objects at any places that may

hamper fire equipment, surveillance facilities, air-conditioner exhaust vents and indoor ventilating
locations.
24. It’s forbidden to throw rubbish, plastic bags and cigarette butts etc. into cable troughs on ground,
underground fire hydrants, toilet urinals, etc.
25. Vehicles parking inside the Expo Center must die out. Protective materials must be put underneath
vehicles with oil leakage.
26. Forklifts, transport vehicles and wheelbarrows that entering exhibition halls are forbidden to grind on
cable trough covers, guiding lights on ground and other facilities on ground.
27. Transport vehicles with hard wheels and other vehicles which are likely left with trails on ground are
allowed to drive in the Expo Center only after the wheels are wrapped by soft materials. Wooden
plate or double layer sack must be laid on the ground that track vehicles will drive along.
28. Tables and chairs, exhibition materials, decoration articles and exhibits etc. objects are strictly
forbidden to pull or drag on ground when they are being carried, so that ground materials will not be
damaged.
29. Two people must carry long objects over 2 meters, in case either end of the objects are knocked
against venue facilities.
30. Escalators and passenger elevators shouldn’t be used to carry any goods, equipment or furniture.
Escalators are prohibited from usage during construction and dismantling period.
31. Escalators are strictly forbidden for passing as staircases, when they are not in service.
32. All areas outside renting areas are regarded as public areas. The usage of public areas should be
approved by venue administration in advance.
33. Loading capacity of building floors should be considered during the transport and placement of
exhibits, and the operation of exhibits. If there’s any question, organizer and contractors should check
with the Expo Center before goods or articles are moved into venue. On cases of exhibits come with
vibrating mechanic mechanism, loading capacity of floors will be calculated by reducing 50% of the
original loading capacity.
34. Methods and measures regarding separating loading must be reported in written words to whom
concerned in the Expo Center. The report should include weight, size, location, installation methods,
etc.
35. If key parts for main structures are involved, the Expo Center reserve the rights of asking for related
specialists to make technical evaluation on site, the charges related will be borne on exhibitors or
organizers.
36. Organizers should be responsible for any damage inside renting areas during the renting period;
exhibitors concerned are jointly responsible for damages. Repair and replacement fees will be
calculated by the Expo Center. If there’s any objection to the amount of fee, it may be submitted to an
third party, who is agreed upon by both parties, for re-evaluation and clearing balance.
37. Organizer is obliged to limit on numbers of spectators or participants as agreed upon.
38. Visiting time for spectators should be arranged away from the time of opening ceremony and closing
time. Spectator totals for each day should be controlled.
39. All participating & visiting personnel and vehicles should go in and out of venue according to exits,
passing lines and transportation rules designated by the Expo Center.
40. All participation & visiting personnel and vehicles should cooperate with security personnel in the
