Residence Club Overview
The RCAC offers members advantages of
Lake House ownership for only $21,000
($15,000 until 9/15/2014).
Access to 6 Lake Villas, which can be used as
1, 2, or 3 BR private lake homes. Multiple
villas can be reserved for larger groups.
Each Villa includes 4 golf memberships. Up
to 4 players play free while “in-residence.”
Additional dining, tennis, swimming,
boating, driving range, golf training center
and Kids Club amenities included.
Annual dues ~$4,000/yr which covers all
repair, maintenance, reservations, utilities,
property tax, golf, etc.
Usage determined by a ratio of 17 members
per villa or 9,000 points allocated: 750
points / weekend night or 300 points /
weeknight for 3 BR villa. 2 Reservations
allowed on the books per membership.
Space Available can be used with no points
upon 7 days notice.
