Sponsorship Deadlines
In order to be included in pre-event
publicity, all sponsors must complete this
form and submit both the form and
artwork for advertisement by March 10,
2012.
Sponsor contribution should be made
payable to Malachi House II and must be
received by March 10, 2012.
Advertising Art Requirements:
All sponsorship advertisements will be
printed in black and white, and it is
preferred that they be received in camera
ready format, or in an electronic format:
PDF or JPG at least 150 dpi resolution.

Half-Page …7.35’ X 4.55”
Quarter-Page…3.57” X 4.55”
Business Card Size…3.5” X 2”
