Cheers to our GoCu team from Korea having developed the guidelines to increase the
effectiveness of the Auto Wire Rethread System. The performance and effectiveness of the auto
wire rethread are dependent on wire size. In the early days, the team had success rate around
50%. Over time, with systematic studies, we have achieved success rate over 98% and now,
we have developed guidelines for various wire sizes. if you would like to get the guidelines,

Process parameters from Eagle Xtreme and iHawk Xtreme were ported to GoCu. Our ASM
GoCu achieves comparable & better quality with higher Productivity, Yield and MTBA. Let us
