That the City of Keller had 1 Eatery, 5 Retail Businesses & 6 Offices that have opened since January 1, 2012. 12 Business Openings Calendar Year 2012 Sales Tax Revenue The February 2012 Sales Tax Rebate report which generally reflects retail sales occurring in December 2011, indicates an INCREASE of 7.0%, over the February 2011 rebate. The March 2012 report which generally reflects retail sales occurring in January 2012, indicates an INCREASE of 3.6%, over the March 2011 rebate. For 14 of the last 18 months, total sales tax rebates represent an increase over the same month of the previous year.
