sales needs. We have over 30 years’ experience in helicopter maintenance and aircraft
management. We can even generate revenue for you by adding your helicopter to our
charter fleet.
Agusta approved Service Centre
Castel Air is and Approved AgustaWestland Service
Centre, providing maintenance support to sales
customers and privately owned aircraft.
Castle Air is able to undertake all levels of
maintenance on the AgustaWestland Helicopters A109
Series and AW139, the Sikorsky S-76 and Bell 206 Jet
Ranger. This included all line and base maintenance on
engine, transmission and avionics systems.
We have built up an enviable reputation in the industry
for quality of service, offering maintenance services
on a contract basis or one off service and repairs,
depending on the client’s requirements. We have a
close working relationship with AgustaWestland
enabling quick access to technical support, repair
schemes and spares when required.

Upgrades & Refurbishments
Castle Air can offer upgrades and refurbishments to
any Agusta A109 series, AW139 or Agusta-Bell series
helicopters. Aircraft can be upgraded, modified and
customised to meet your exact requirements. Full
interior refurbishments can be carried out and we
have unique facilities at our workshops to carry our
aircraft exterior painting including full bare metal re
sprays. Logos and markings can be added to match
customers branding.
Pre-Buy Inspections
As an Approved AgustaWestland Service Centre,
Castle Air can carry out a pre-buy inspection of an
aircraft to offer you total peace of mind before you
commit to a purchase. Our thorough inspection
includes a physical survey of the aircraft, investigation
of any defects, check for repairs and modifications,
overall assessment of the general condition.
In addition, a full survey of the aircraft records is
carried out including: checking compliance status of all
Airworthiness directives, confirming component lives
against the aircraft log books and ensuring that the
aircraft has the legal documentation to fly.
Aircraft Management
Our highly qualified team can offer an aircraft
management programme tailored to suit your exact
needs – from full turnkey solutions to bespoke
services.
We provide all of the following services to provide a
safe and cost effective operational solutions –
Continuing Airworthiness Management, Flight Safety,
Technical Records, Maintenance, Refurbishments,
Storage and ground runs, pilot type and re-currency
training.
We also offer clients the opportunity to add their
helicopter to Castle Airs charter fleet, therefore
generating revenue to offset a substantial proportion
of their ownership costs.
