GENERAL
The club website contains guidance for all duties (under the Racing tab) including
comprehensive notes for OODs on course setting etc. People allocated duties must read the
guide on the LRSC web site or the printed copy in the clubhouse
PLEASE CHECK THE CLUB WEBSITE FOR DUTY DATES and remember that IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE A SWAP if for any reason you are unable to fulfil a particular
duty. Swaps can be arranged online through DutyMan (there is a link on the club website and
also on the duty notification emails) or directly using the telephone contact information shown
in DutyMan once you have logged in.
Those members without internet access will be provided with duty notifications through the
post. Duties are an important and enjoyable part of being a club member, helping the Club run
efficiently.
A record will be kept of Members not carrying out their duties or making alternative
arrangements; this will be consulted when allocating club facilities for the following season.
