W 123 Anilox cleaner water
For daily cleaning of anilox rollers
includes thixotropy (viscous) that
effectively stays on roll and dissolves
the ink deeply without splashing. Rinse
best with W 181, water or ethanol.
Mix with water up to 1:15.
W 180 UV ink cleaner
Daily cleaning/rinsing of printing
unit, anilox roller, doctor blade,
printing plate and machine. Dissolves
efficient UV based ink and provides
fast a clean surface.
W 181 Anilox rinse water
Rinse liquid especially for W 123.
A mixture of water, ethanol and
rinsing surfactant for fast and effective
rinsing with instant drying.
W 500 Anilox cleaning gel
UV/water/alcohol
Cleans effectively and deeply dirty
aniloxes. Powerful and removes the
most. The gel consistency prevents
it from splashes and splashes less
when you use a brush. Brush and
leave it on for 15 minutes. Brush
with anilox brush and reapply the gel.
Rinse with water after 15 minutes.
W 2005 Water ink cleaner
Daily cleaning/rinsing of printing
unit, anilox roller, doctor blade,
printing plate and machine.
Dissolves efficient water based ink
and provides a fast, clean surface.
Safe to machinery.
(Replaces W 800/900). Mix with
water up to 1:15.
W 182 Ultra sonic water/UV
Dissolves UV and water based ink in
an ultrasonic bath. Mix with water up
to 1:15.
W 2005 SC Water ink cleaner
Wasberger W 2005 SC is a two-component super concentrate. Just add
water and mix 1:60. One set gives
400 liters. Do not transport water
and save the environment.
W 2042 Parts wash water/UV
This cleaning solution is ideal for the
parts washing machines, cleaning
water, UV and alcohol based inks.
Mix with water up to 1:15.
W 2041 Anilox cleaner UV
Effective cleaning of the anilox inside or
outside. Includes thixotropy (viscous)
that stays on the roll and dissolves the ink
without splashing. Rinse with water.
W 2050 Anilox wash water
UV/water/alcohol
Best cleaner for the anilox washing machine for water, UV and alcohol based

Quick change
With effective cleaning solutions that instantly dissolves the ink
and dirt you can quickly clean anilox, doctor blades, rollers and
other parts. With fast evaporating rinsing agent (W 181) the
anilox dries faster. Sometimes it is more effective with washing
machines. Wasbergers cleaners can work faster and with shorter
wash cycles. It is fast and effective to clean the anilox with our
cleaning products.
W 500 makes the cleanest. A good cleaning and maintenance routine,
do not only save you time but also ensure you a high print quality.
With environment in focus
Many of our products carries the Svanen or Falken label. We use
them because they are the most effective and the best solution. Not
all inks are eco-labeled cleaning products (unfortunately), but we are
following developments closely and trying out new recipes with a
constant focus on the environment.
