Cell volume auditing
The Micro-Fax Audit kit contains all the necessary equipment and instructions to take an accurate reading of the anilox
roll. Once completed, the results are then sent to one of Pamarco’s Technical Service Centres for laboratory analysis and
evaluation of roll condition. A comprehensive report detailing roll condition, screen count, actual volume will be sent out
by return.

Our unique DURAX ultrasonic cleaning system is available for narrow web label printing on a rental basis. This system,
combined with our DURAX cleaning liquids and products provide longevity and constant quality of your anilox
rollers. Furthermore, Dantex offer a sodium-bicarbonate powder cleaning solution for anilox rollers up to 2200mm in
length.
Flexomate
Deep cleaning by compressed air and sodium bicarbonate
Flexo printers know that their inks are difficult if not impossible to remove once they've dried. If the cells are not
completely cleaned the volume becomes less, creating random patterns across the web. Conventional cleaning
methods take a lot of time and may damage the roll and/or the (workers) environment; resulting in inefficiency and high
costs.
The FlexoMate cleaning systems by Gritco Equipment are based on the use of specially formulated dry sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) called Armex. By directing this fine powder onto the roll with compressed air, every cell is thoroughly
deep cleaned. This system is strong enough to quickly remove any kind of contamination and yet gentle enough not to
damage your rolls. Your anilox roll will be good as new in less time and for less cost then ever before!
