Green Biodegradable Solution for Anilox Cleaning
Concentrate – Anilox Circulation System Cleaner
Flush Green concentrate through ink pumps to prevent ink and coating build-up in anilox roll cells
and all parts of the circulation system. Formula is non-corrosive, VOC-free and ideal for waterbased inks and coatings. Recommended for daily cleaning.
Ready-to-Use – Anilox and General Pressroom Cleaner
Pre-diluted for convenience, our ready-to-use formula can be sprayed directly on anilox rolls and
other pressroom surfaces for fast and easy clean-up.
Orange Eco-Friendly Cream for Anilox Cleaning
Manually clean anilox rolls with Orange on-press to remove ink and coating residue and restore
anilox cell volume between deep cleanings. Formula has low VOCs and is compatible with waterbased inks and coatings. Recommended for weekly and spot cleaning.
Anilox Roll Cleaning Brush
For use with ReNew Orange, our stainless steel anilox roll cleaning brush assists with easy,
on-press anilox cleaning and maximizes the effectiveness of the cleaning product.

Our Ink Scrub hand cleaner is comprised of soft polymeric scrubbers to gently but thoroughly lift ink,

DuraPoint is a next-generation UHMW blade with a proprietary high-density formulation for superior blade life and
enhanced graphics. DuraPoint’s construction makes it ideal for printers who produce moderate graphics but want the
added benefit of longer blade life. Our premier blade for corrugated applications, DuraPoint is exclusive to Flexo
Concepts.
TruPoint UHMW
UHMW is our original ultra high molecular weight polyethylene doctor blade developed for reduced scoring and extended
blade life. Ideal for basic graphics where blade life is the primary objective, UHMW’s soft material and dense molecular
structure make it well-suited for long runs, coarse rolls and abrasive coatings.
TruPoint Graphix
Graphix is a tight weave fiberglass composite blade designed for high end graphics with superior blade life. Its construction yields a stiff, thin and durable blade which can accommodate a finer tip for precise metering. The physical properties
of the material make Graphix is an excellent choice for metering abrasive inks, resisting moisture and tolerating high
press speeds.
