PAIR SPORT 5.0 DUMBBELLS 1-22.5 KGS
PowerBlock is simple to use, safe and quick to adjust
to your desired weight. Simply remove the pin and
relocate it at your desired weight. The weight selection
is colour coded with the weight in Kg clearly marked on
the handle. Except for Clubsets, PBS24 and PBS50, the
PowerBlock handles contain “adder weights”, which allow
you to adjust the selected weight in smaller increments.
To change the adder weights, simply take out the
handle, move the lock switch on the handle to open
and add or remove the adder weights, then relock.
The Sport 5.0 equals/replaces 10 pairs of dumbbells or 249 kgs of
free weights. The weight range for the 5.0 is 2 - 22.5 kgs per hand in
2 kg increments. Weight increments achieved are; 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14,
16, 18, 20 and 22.5 kgs per hand.

The Sport 9.0 Set is a component based Set that can expand in weight
to meet the needs of the user. The Sport 9.0 Set (or any PowerBlock for
that matter) is the most compact dumbbell available. The small size
of the PowerBlock keeps the weight concentrated closer to your hand
making the dumbbell easier to control and balance.
You can start with the Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells which go from 2 22.5 kgs. This set can then be expanded later to 41 kgs per hand using
the Stage II add on Kit. This Sport 9.0 Set can then be further expanded
with the Stage III add on Kit to 59 kgs per hand. The Sport 9.0 Stage I
Dumbbells will replace 16 pairs of dumbbells or 374 kgs of free weights.
Increments achieved with the Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells are; 1, 2, 3,

PowerBlock Club Sets are designed for use in commercial environments.
Club sets are ideal for use on individual elite fitness stations or for use
in gyms where space is limited for racks of dumbbells and equally
importantly where the allocated dumbbell training area is not suitable for
multiple users to train safely using dumbbells.
All Club Sets are supplied complete with a stand that positions the
PowerBlocks at the optimal height for use and easy adjustment.
In addition, Club Sets include an instructional placard that explains
how to use and adjust the PowerBlocks.
For additional safety, Club Sets do not have removable adder
weights, to avoid lost or misplaced adder weights. To maintain
the amount of adjustability the larger Club Sets feature two sets
of handles of differing weights.

term performance. The U50 Club PowerBlock is the same as the

The U32 Clubset includes 1 pair of U32 PowerBlocks, which offers a

The Burn Machine’s most popular Asymmetrical Barbell, the
Universal, combines the versatility of a dumbbell with the
stability of a barbell. Featuring the Burn Machine’s patented
Asymmetrical Sliding Counterweight, the Universal engages
your core unlike any other barbell on the market. The bar’s
360-degree rotating grips also allow you to rotate as you
curl and lift, maximising comfort and efficiency during your
strength-training workout.
The Universal is made to accommodate any standard
plates. Olympic plates can be added with the use of The
Burn Machine’s Olympic Adapter Kit. The Universal holds up
to 200 pounds of weight.

The Burn Machine is an excellent alternative to the larger,
more expensive upper-body ergometer (UBE) machines that
are commonly found in rehabilitation clinics.
Completely portable, the Burn Machine provides clients the
independence of a workout without the need to transfer onto
a large piece of equipment. In 2011 the American Physical
Therapy Association (APTA) awarded the Burn Machine
Speedbag 4Kg with its official endorsement due to the unit’s
portability, similarity in function to an upper-body ergometer,
and its low cost.
