Together Nikka Yuko and Pink Tie Events invite you and your Wedding
Party to enjoy part of your special day here at Nikka Yuko
This package provides flexible options to ensure that your ceremony is one
to remember with a Japanese Cultural Experience you and your guests will
be pleased to have experienced.
Basic Ceremony Package
• Ceremony in the Garden Day Time (11-60 ppl Max.)
$650.00
10-4 PM(Flat Rate for
• Evening Ceremonies will cost an extra (100 ppl Max.)

6 PM-11PM (Finish) LATEST
Ceremony/Pictures)
• Booking is up to four hours with pictures and a P.A System.
• Two Host/Hostesses will be there to direct your guests and provide them with a tour after the Ceremony. The
tour can be done while you and your loved ones have their photos in the Garden if you wish.
• Pavilion has washrooms (Male and Female) but footwear must be removed prior to entering the Pavilion.
• Bride can leave from the Pavilion to the Wishing Well/Prairie Garden for Ceremony.
• Credit Card is required to pay and confirm booking.
• A Refundable Damage Deposit of $500.00 and a walk-through with the booking party will be requested
before and after the Ceremony.
Small and Intimate Wedding Ceremony
• Ceremony in the Garden Day Time $250.00

• 10 People maximum, not including officiant and photographer.
• Evening Ceremonies will cost an extra (100 ppl Max.)

Pictures in the Garden
No Ceremony Just Pictures
$150.00-Up to 2 Hours
Includes One Hostess for support
This will be for 15 people. Each individual
above 15 cost $5.00 per person.
Water is the only liquid allowed in the Garden
If you are having a Ceremony, photos are
included in the basic package.
Confirm with payment a month prior
Pictures and Ceremony Expectations
• Smoking and/or eating is prohibited in the Garden
• Bridal Party and Guests are to remain on the pathways until photographer has
location for pictures. Host/Hostess will provide safe guidance
• NO CONFETTI or RICE will be allowed in the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. If this
or any other celebration decorations require intensive clean up, there will be a
$300.00 fine to the Wedding Party. Credit Card/Cheque will be required to
confirm booking with $500.00 Deposit for Basic, $300.00 for Small Ceremony
• The garden will remain open during pictures and ceremony for day time
bookings. Night time Ceremonies will be exclusive
• Nikka Yuko reserves the right to exclude any guest who is disturbing the peace
and serenity of the Garden and our staff/visitors
• Guests must remove footwear prior to going into the pavilion
Cancellation Expectations for Ceremony/Pictures
• This is an outdoor Ceremony. While guest(s) are invited into the pavilion for
washroom use and tours, there will be no Ceremony taking place in the pavilion.
• Only selected places for a Ceremony will be Wishing Well and Prairie Grass Area.
• Only approved structures and chairs will be used to conduct ceremony.
• You will receive a refund of 50% if you notify us by email or in writing within 60
days of to the date of your ceremony/photo session. No refund is available with
less than 60 days notice.
• In the event of inclement weather on the day of the event, you will be offered an
alternate date during the season, if you should choose to return however if you
choose not to return, no refund will be given.
Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden
We reserve the right to choose what dates are
available to accommodate Ceremonies and
pictures.
As a Cultural Center, we have black out dates
for festival and special events.

times prior to setting your special day to
ensure we can host it for you.
