LE/Military agencies are encouraged
to order from authorized LDI law
enforcement resellers. LDI may quote
directly on all public tenders.
LE/Military prices listed in this price
list are recommended prices only.
Actual prices may be established by
authorized resellers.
RETURNS
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Retail orders may be placed on the
LDI website at www.laserdevices.com.

Contact LDI for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the
outside shipping label and return to
LDI (NO jungle packing allowed). All
returns must be shipped prepaid—
NO C.O.D.s. A 15% restocking fee will
be charged on non-defective returns
based on initial invoiced price. LDI
reserves the right to inspect all defective products. Credit will be issued at
original invoiced price, less any applicable restocking fees or other charges.
Credit/exchange will not be issued for
obsolete or nonresalable products; or if
products have been misused, modified,
neglected or if the serial number has
been removed.
DOMESTIC TERMS
CORRECTIONS & PRICE CHANGES

Prepayment by credit card, C.O.D.
or Company check unless other
terms have been granted. Credit card
charges will incur a 2.6% transaction
fee. C.O.D. orders will incur an additional $10 charge per shipment. Net 30
days on approved credit. Terms may be
revoked at any time.
SHIPPING, HANDLING & Insurance
All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground and billed at standard
rates. Expedited shipping is available—call for rates. A handling charge
of 75¢ per pound will be charged on
all shipments. Unless insurance is
provided by the customer, insurance
will be charged at $4.00 per $1,000
value. Drop shipments will incur an
additional charge of $10 per shipment.
NO RUSH ORDERS
Products are manufactured based on
order of receipt. Normal turnaround is
10–20 business days, depending upon
the number of units ordered and number of other orders being processed.
Prices, terms and conditions may be
changed at any time without notice.
LDI is not responsible for errors or
omissions contained herein.
FDA REGULATION COMPLIANCE
Domestic sale of Class IIIb lasers and/
or illuminators is restricted to Law Enforcement and Government agencies.
Orders must be submitted on official
Agency Purchase Order and shipped
directly to Agency.
EXPORT REGULATION compliance
The U.S. Department of Commerce
or U.S. Department of State requires
an export license prior to the export
or re-export of laser aiming devices
out of the country of original end use.
Significant civil and criminal penalties may be imposed by the federal
government on resellers and their
customers if these items are exported
in violation of U.S. Laws. Resellers
agree to comply with all relevant laws
concerning sale, resale and use of
these devices. LDI and its agents,
customers, and representatives are
expected to comply with the U.S.
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
State Department export licenses will
incur an additional $250 application
fee when applicable.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
All LDI manufactured products
(excluding flashlight bulbs, borelight
inserts, batteries or other consumable
items) have a 1-year limited warranty
from the date of purchase on parts
and workmanship (unless otherwise
specified). A special 3-year warranty
is offered against failure on the LED
component used in LDI’s LED lights.
Warranty is void if the serial number
or manufacturer’s labels have been
removed; or if products have been
misused, modified, neglected or
disassembled prior to return. LDI will
repair/replace defective products at
its discretion. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, LDI’s election to
repair/replace products shall constitute the purchaser’s sole remedy
in the event of defect. LDI disclaims
all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
Moreover, to the maximum extent
permitted by law, LDI on behalf of
itself, its suppliers, distributors, dealers and agents disclaims any and all
other liability for damages including,
without limitation, actual damages,
consequential damages and indirect
damages for personal injury, wrongful
death, pecuniary loss and any other
physical or financial loss arising out of
the use or the inability to use any LDI
product even if Laser Devices, Inc.
has been advised of the possibility of
such damages. This limited warranty
gives the purchaser specific legal
rights which may vary by state and
jurisdiction.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All Laser Devices manufactured products (excluding flashlight bulbs, borelight inserts, batteries or other consumable items) have a 1-year
limited warranty from the date of purchase on parts and workmanship.
A special 3-year warranty is offered against failure on the LED component
used in our LED lights. In addition, a 2-year warranty is offered on
our EOLAD family of products. Warranty is void if the serial number or
manufacturer’s labels have been removed, or if products have been
misused, modified, neglected or disassembled prior to return.
At its sole discretion, Laser Devices shall repair or replace products found
to be defective under normal use and services. Laser Devices’ obligation to
either repair or replace shall be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy
under this warranty. Damage from batteries is not covered. Carefully follow
maintenance instructions to prevent battery damage from occurring
Laser Devices disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied and
disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Laser Devices shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with product use or performance.
EXPORT NOTICE
Laser Devices’ products are
controlled for export purposes
under the International Traffic
in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
and the Export Administration
Regulations (EAR), and require
U.S. Government authorization
prior to the export or transfer to
a non-U.S. Person.

subject to export controls
imposed by the U.S. Department
