This week long residential course is open to players from grade 3 up to grade 12, at an outstanding facility in the
Swiss Mountains.

My name is Rebecca Gormley, a graduate of ZIS. I also just graduated from the University of Rochester in NY with a
Psychology degree. I will be in Switzerland for most of summer before I join AmeriCorps in the Fall. For the past 4
summers I have enjoyed helping the ex-pat community with all kinds of imaginable chores and hope that this summer will
be no different!
I am reliable, friendly, and patient and have years of experience working with children in both an academic and a social
setting. I am willing to provide tutoring in English, History, Math or Science and have babysat children ranging from ages
9mths-15yrs.
In addition, I love animals and would be more than happy to look after them while you are on vacation. I will be available

School and Upper School. I graduated last year from Cornell University and am currently working to pay for my Master’s
program in England next year.
I am available to babysit every weekday after seven and most weekends. I have a lot of experience with children having worked
at summer camps for the last five years (including ZIS summer school), and now as an after school activities teacher and a
substitute teacher at ZIS Lower School.
I am also looking to house sit this summer. I am willing to look after pets, take care of the garden, and clean the house during
my stay watching over your home.
I captained the Singapore Under 16 football team, then I captained SK Lierse Under 19s and played for Lierse Reserves (1st
division Belgian team). After I left Europe I captained the Cornell University Football (soccer) team. I have experience coaching
at the ZIS Lower School, coaching children in Ghana, and in Belgium. I am willing to work with any size group during evenings
and weekends this summer.

Bill Hovey’s Fleet of Foot Tours
Bill Hovey’s day job is as a History teacher at Zurich International School. Evenings and weekends he freelances by giving historical foot
tours of Zurich. He covers a lot of ground in the generally 2-3 hour tours, hence the name ‘Fleet of Foot’ Historical Tours of Zurich.
Bill gives historical overview tours of the entire city as well as thematic tours such as Einstein in Zurich, Switzerland & WWII and
Enlightenment Zurich. The cost of the tours is 20CHF per adult and as Bill is a teacher and would like students to attend, those under 18
years of age are free.
