Short Break Caravan
We are pleased to be working in partnership with Gateshead
Council to offer this spacious six berth caravan, fully wheelchair accessible throughout, to people with disabilities and/or
their carer’s who live in the Gateshead Borough.
On site you’ll find a supermarket, gift shop, off-licence, cash
machine and launderette.
Snacks and meals are available to purchase all day from the
café bar and grill, in the evening there is a fish and chip shop.
Entertainment is geared towards the whole family. The site
also offers an amusement arcade, ten pin bowling, indoor and
outdoor swimming pools, play area and lots more!
The spacious accommodation
comprises:

Living area, with settees
which convert into a double
bed, dining table and chairs,
digital TV, music centre and
a selection of DVD’s & CD’s.

Fully equipped galley style
kitchen, with integrated oven
and hob, microwave, fridge,
toaster, kettle and iron.
Sliding doors lead to :

Two twin bedrooms, master
with over head grab rail and
low level wardrobe and
drawers. Second twin also
offers storage space.
Spacious walk in shower
room, with shower seat and
support rails, toilet and hand
basin.
The caravan park is located on the clifftops with access via
steep steps to two sandy beaches and lovely coastal walks.
The shops and restaurants of Berwick are only a ten minute
walk or a short drive away and an 18 hole golf course can be
found next door to the site (additional fees apply).
There are good transport links to Berwick, which is located just
off the A1 or there is a train station less than a mile away from
the caravan park. The site is also ideally located if you want to
travel further afield and visit Holy Island, Alnwick or Edinburgh.
The caravan can be hired for 3, 4 or 7 nights. A copy of our
hire charges for 2016 are enclosed with this leaflet.

