Casting Design Assistance
Our engineering staff will work with you to identify casting design
improvements that can be made in our pattern shops to lower
your total cost of production.
Metallurgical Engineering
Our metallurgical labs can provide a wide variety of certifications
from special nodularity counts, to physical properties, Brinell,
ultrasound and dye penetrant testing.
Heat Treating
Heat Treating Services include in-house stress relieving, full
annealing and normalizing.
Quality Control
Quality Control departments perform dimensional layout for
sample castings, and can qualify a casting by either target
machining or by the use of a qualifying fixture.
Machining
A variety of target machining services can be provided to reduce
your overall cost. We can supply target or finished machined
casting components.
