Prolights line of moving heads is composed of 19 models featuring different Spot, Beam and Wash projectors, resulting as one of the widest in the field of professional
lighting. Zenith, Vision and Cromo series infact have luminaires covering all different requirements of lighting projects, implementing latest innovations in optics,
mechanics and electronics and making them available to professional users.
Prolights moving heads are designed and engineered for highest versatility in live events, theaters, TV studios, corporate events and all rental applications in professional
show lighting.
Advanced optical efficiency and selection of components
Superiore luminous efficiency of Prolights projectors is guaranteed by a continuous
research and selection of optical components, offering high-profile performance
in terms of precision and reliability.
Lenses developed and fine-tuned by our R&D department are optimized to
constantly obtain the maximum output from light sources (>85% for LEDs).
Our whole range of intelligent projectors employs Philips lamps and latestgeneration CREE LED diodes, surpassing other projectors of same nominal power
in terms of luminance.
Fast-Zoom even on LED projectors
Prolights has always carried out a thorough study of optical components, with
the aim of reaching optimal results in terms of precision and homogeneity,
angle amplitude and velocity of zooming technology. LED projectors of Prolights
range are infact among the first ones ever implementing “fast-zoom” technology.
Innovative elliptical optics and motorized optical panels allow to switch from a
spot beam to a wide flood to have performance of both beamers and washers.
Homogeneous electronic and mechanic dimmer
The control of a combination of electronic and mechanic dimming allows Prolights
moving heads to ensure a complete homogeneity of projection and a linear control
over the whole 0-100% range.
Electronic dimming also allows reduction of heat generation, minimizing typical
causes of malfunctioning and extending lamps life.
This same feature is even further essential for projectors employing LED technology,
whereas an efficient power management maximizes luminance and extends diodes
life (>50.000h).
Vivid and natural colors over the whole chromatic range
Prolights projectors are equipped with most advanced chromatic calibration
systems to deliver rich uniform colors, with no distorsions or halos on the edges.
Color wheels employ dichroic filters to enhance source light, having thermal
properties ensuring highest efficiency combined with durability.
CMY color mixing satisfies most demanding chromatic requirements, allowing a
smooth and uniform transition between shades, with CTO and CTB filters offering
control over color temperature adjustment.
LED-based projectors offer RGB color synthesis to reproduce the whole chromatic
range with White and Amber diodes enabling fine-tuning of color temperature.
A virtual color wheel is available on all LED projectors for selection of several premixed colors.
An exceptionally rich set of effects
Prolights series spotlights offer an amazing and wide set of effects, employing
latest technologies for generation of eye-catching effects. Gobos are designed
to reproduce striking moving rays in the air and impressive static and moving
projections. All spotlight models are equipped with 2 gobo wheels placed ont
different focusing layers to create impressive Morphing effects in combination with
the linear motorized focusing system.
Graphic effects are even further exhalted by fixed and rotating prisms, iris and frost
lenses with variable intensity.
Gobos mounted into Prolights projectors are interchangeable, custom gobos can
be easily installed using the magnetic locking mechanism.
Latest generation modular electronics
Electronics in Prolights moving heads features advanced components, software
and constructive modularity, optimizing mechanical performance and allowing
comfortable and interactive usage.
A LCD graphic display enables the user to access a control menu rich of informations
and settings. Electronics constantly executes a check-up of all working parameters
and of internal temperature, displaying diagnostics status.
The innovative energy-saving system reduces consumption to 50% during nonoperating status, enabling a temporary stand-by mode for electronics which is
instantly restored when any DMX signal is sent.
Assembly of Prolights projectors is completely modular, every component can
infact be accessed with no need of removing parts not involved in the intervention.
Quiet operations and lack of any luminous dispersion
Prolights moving heads are remarkable for being quiet in working operations.
In the high-profile constructive features, projectors use an innovative internal
cooling system plus electronics allowing dynamic adjustment of fan rotation speed,
reducing undesirable noises.
This is a distinguishing feature in design of lighting projects in theaters and TV
studios, where no noise as well as lack of any luminous dispersion are primary
requirements.
Highest attention to requirements of lighting specialists
All projects of Prolights moving heads are inspired by requirements and wishes of
lighting specialists. Dimensions and weighing of projectors are an evidence of this
logic: a professional luminaire like Zenith 700 Spot features a compact 40cm mobile
head in a total weight of 20kgs only. All processes of positioning, mounting and
transportation are then highly optimized to reduce time and energies required,
hardware parts and carriage accessories of each projector are carefully designed.
For these reasons rigging operations are facilitated, overall dimensions are reduced
and setup operations do not require lots of personnel anymore.

Zenith 1200 WASH is the most powerful washlight projector of Prolights range. Light output is ensured
by double-lens optical system, powered by a 1200W discharge lamp Philips MSRGold FastFit (included)
combined with a dichroic parabolic reflector.
Z1200 WASH features CMY color mixing, linear CTO correction, 2 additional colour wheels (7 colours
each), double colour temperature correction filter, motorized 12°-45° linear zoom and electronic
ballast. The refined engineering of the mechanics and the multiple functionalities make Z1200 Wash
particularly suitable for “on the road” usage in concerts, events, tours, as well as for hi-end performance
in clubs, theatres and sets, anywhere lighting of objects and surfaces with unlimited variety of colours
is required.

generating an extremely powerful and focused parallel light beam.
Designed to fulfil several application needs in professional lighting, Z300BEAM freedoms creativity and
versatility, concentrating on a single fixture the functions and benefits of moving-heads, of “long-throw”
projectors and of ACL Par sets. Optical unit is composed by a smooth-surface Fresnel lens combined

designed to renew every-lighting show with an advanced creativity, introducing a new generation of
cues, patterns and aerial effects. The new LED technology uses several LED chips on a single module

discharge lamp combined with a new-designed Fresnel lens.
V575WASH also features a limitless colour generation, allowed by CMY mixing and dichroic colour wheel
to find application in any lighting project. The linear zoom is 11°- 28°. The frost filter and the surprising

Prolights Arcled series is composed of 16 color washers employing LED technology and covering a wide range of applications in professional lighting: linear projectors,
spotlights, architectural projectors and luminaires for accent lighting. Design and selection of components is inspired by a rigorous logic of quality, employing latest
innovations in opticas, mechanics and electronics addressed to professional users. Arcled colorchangers then represent versatile and efficient tools for any lighting project
in live and corporate events, theaters, architectural lighting and club installations.
Superior class luminosity
Extraordinary luminous efficiency of Arcled projectors is guaranteed by a continuous research and selection of optical components, offering top-class performance in terms of precision and reliability.
All Arcled projectors are equipped with CREE LED diodes, optics and power supply
units optimized on specifications of each model by our R&D department, with the
aim to maximize efficiency of each component (optical efficiency >85%).
Luminous performance of Prolights projectors delivers a higher luminance of other
projectors in the same range of power, often offering a higher luminous capability
than other models declaring a higher watt consumption.
Un’ elettronica di ultima generazione
Electronics in Arcled projectors features advanced components, software and constructive modularity, optimizing mechanical performance and allowing comfortable and interactive usage.
A graphic display enables the user to access a control menu rich of informations
and settings, also allowing selection of working modes. Arcled projectors infact
allow DMX control, execution of built-in automatic shows, selection of static colors,
creation and editing of custom scene to be stored in the internal memory.
Color synthesis for unlimited chromatic possibilities
Projectors of Arcled series are based on RGB color sysnthesis allowing an unlimited
color mixing to reproduce vivid and uniform colors and amazing generation of pastel shades. White and Amber LEDs offer advanced control over color temperature,
for a perfect chromatic reproduction of white color scale from 3200°K to 10000°K.
Arcled projectors are among the first ones introducing Tri-Color and 4-in-1 technologies, employing a special system of custom lenses engineered and fine-tuned by
our R&D department and last-generation multi-chip CREE diodes.
This innovative optical system allows primary colors to be mixed into single optics
removing unwanted shadows or distorsions due to overlapping. For this reason
color mixing is perfect even for short-throw projections and all lenses show a uniform coverage having a continuous and coherent color tone.
Winner in its category for linear zoom
Arcled projectors have been the first ones introducing Fast-zoom technology, a
result obtained following a constant activity of research & development focused
on optics and mechanics.
Fast-zoom technology has been implemented after developing special elliptical
lenses combined with motor-driven excursion of lens panel.
This combination allowed to reach a great result in terms of precision and saturation of projection, angle amplitude, linearity and moving speed of zoom feature.
Application of this new technology opens new horizons to possible applications for
static projectors, enabling the possibility of modeling the projection from beam-like
narrow spot to flood for background painting.
Outdoor chassis and IP construction for on-the-road applications
Arcled line of projectors also includes models having water-proof construction
(IP>65) for outdoor touring applications or architectural permanent installations.
Design of outer structure is completely made in toughened glass and die-cast
aluminium, allowing heat to be dissipated by natural convection with no need of
fans. For this reason proper operations are ensured in demanding environments
(-40°/+45°) and in places where total absence of typical cooling noises is a primary
requirement.
IP65 projectors of Arcled series employ an innovative system for balancing internal
temperature and pressure with changing environmental conditions: GORE microporous membranes allow rapid bidirectional exchange of air into the structure, in
order to avoid overheating or condensation of water vapor on front glass.

with eco-friendly materials, containing no lead or mercury, guaranteeing a low
environmental impact.

The light source is composed by 37x3W WarmWhite and ColdWhite LEDs granting a precise white temperature

ARCLED7337VW features the new 8°-40° fast zoom technology allowing to change the projection angle between

LedMatrix series
LedMatrix is the new project developed by Prolights for multimedia entertainment, applying latest developments of LED technology in professional video.
LedMatrix series of ledwalls is composed of 5 models with pitch ranging from 6mm to 37.5mm and designed with innovative SMD FullColor LED technology, suitable for
projection of videos, images and backgrounds in large events and TV studios in both indoor or outdoor environments.
Modular design even for outdoor applications
LedMatrix screens are composed of square or rectangular modules, designed to
have compact size for comfortable transportation and maximum efficiency during
mounting operations. Each panel has its own electronics for power and control,
connection between modules is established through a daisy chain.
Modules can be combined in screens having any shape or dimension, controllable
thorugh a computer interface for initial configuration and control over the whole
matrix. Ledmatrix screens have been designed for both indoor and outdoor
applications: some models have IP65 protection on front panel and IP54 on the rear.
Modules are assembled to have a natural heat dissipation, avoiding fans or other
system of dissipation through forced air.
A project born for rental
Prolights ledwalls have been conceived and designed for professional emplyoment
in large touring events or TV studios. Structure of single modules is assembled in
aluminium and steel to offer operators the best compromise between weight and
sturdiness. Weight is not a limit any more; latest SMD and SMPS technologies allow
modules to be exceptionally lightweight and leave highest flexibility to designers
when hanging peculiar shapes or complex configurations, while requiring minimal
efforts of mounting labour.
Hardware parts for connection of panels have been improved to allow instant and
safe mounting, with no need of third-party tools or other hardware.
Modularity logic inspiring Ledmatrix systems also allows fast and convenient
maintenance operations on single panels, not requiring the disassembly of the matrix.
Benefits of transparency
Demand for transparent ledwalls in large events is getting higher since it allows showdesigners to combine video projection and lighting sequences in creating sceneries
of great visual impact.
The range of Ledmatrix products includes modules structured with vertical LED bars
allowing the light to flow through the screen surface, opening unlimited creative
possibilities to designers, while not compromising the overall image quality.
In this way lighting designers are able to create striking scenical effects with
backlights generated with washlights and beam effects or 3D projections overlapping
screens with different resolutions over different layers.
Vivid and natural colors through SMD technology
LED sources employed in LedMatrix modules are of SMD (Surface Mounted Diodes)
Full Color type, most advanced technology in terms of luminous efficiency, color
mixing and LED lifetime.
SMD technology allows Ledmatrix screens to offer an excellent visibility in any
lighting environment and even under daylight.
Any single pixel is generated by a Full-Color diode, ensuring an unlimited
generation of colors and a perfect display of the images over long distances and
wide angles (140° horizontal and 140° vertical).

VXCLOUD is a professional low-fog machine conceived on dry-ice functioning. VXCLOUD produces
thick, white fog that cover the floor without rising in the air. The Dual-heating system allows a faster
heat-up and recycle time, reducing the dry-ice consumption and improving the run time. A low water
sensor increase safety and the easy control system allows to manage volume and flow.
