Training & Information For All Who Are Going
We will be working on a home for abused women &
children, called Community Care Network. Our goal is to
take about $3,000 with us to help finish remodeling the
home so it can be move-in ready by August!
If you would like to invest in this project, please
make your check payable to Sweetwater Baptist Church,
and mark it “World Changers Project.” All money donated
will be used to purchase supplies necessary for this project. Thank you!

It’s our pleasure here at
Sweetwater to welcome
our NEW Interim Pastor, Dr. Roy
Head. We appreciate his willingness
to help during this time without a
pastor on the field. His ministry service spans over 50 years! Many of
you have been recipients of his pastoral care. He and his wife, Carolyn,
reside in Belvedere. Please pray for
them regularly as they begin this
new chapter in their lives. Also, make sure to introduce
yourselves and tell them your
names.
During these days, ask
the Lord how He wants to use
you in His service. I can’t tell
you how many people through
the years have told me how
they dropped out of church
when their pastor left. Jesus is
still Lord! Remember that He
is the One we are living for. He is
coming back one day. May He find us
faithfully serving and loving Him
when He comes.
In closing, I just want to express thanks from the whole staff for
the ways in which you are helping in
the ministries here. We could not do it
without each of you. Also,
your words of encouragement and support have
meant so much to each of
us. God bless you!

SUMMER MUSIC PROJECT
KICK-OFF PARTY
This is a fun
time to launch our
Summer Music Ministry with a wonderful, non-seasonal
musical. It’s also a great time to
come and see what the Celebration Choir is all about. We meet
Wednesday nights immediately
following Prayer Meeting. This
summer, we are doing a musical
entitled, Moments. This project focuses on facilitating that "Moment"
in the worship service
when hearts and
minds turn in praise
and worship to our
Lord.
ROMANIA FELLOWSHIP &
INFO MEETING
This is a special time for all alumni of
Sweetwater’s Romanian Mission Trips,
as well as those who might be interested in going with us this November.
Plus, if you just have a heart for this
wonderful mission and have shared in
prayer or financial support, you are

& Theatre West Virginia facts &
info, and 5) Retreat materials.
If you have any questions
or health concerns regarding any
aspect of the trip, please don’t

This promises to be a wonderful time of spiritual refreshing, too.
